air conditioning apparently not available this year post October 1 due to shortage and was very hot due to high outside temperature of 28 high 24 low at night

The check in waited for our arrival at 8.30pm as we were travelling a long distance on our day of arrival. Parking was very convenient. Although we could not book into the hotel parking, there was public parking that only cost 15euros right behind the hotel. Easy walk to the main shopping, eating and beach.

The room we had had an unpleasant damp smell. I did feel like it was a long time since the hotel had had any renovations, so very tired. Air conditioning was centrally controlled so could not put it on. It wasn't too hot at all (mid September), but leaving the window open was very noisy at night. Cost was high for the standard of the hotel but I expect you are paying for location.

A small hotel conveniently situated for the town centre and within a short distance of the beach. The staff were both friendly and very helpful.

Young lady on reception was fantastic, spoke well and helped us with directions. Next morning called us a taxi and we had a wonderful chat. Air conditioning was great.

No lifr and hallway was very dark.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and the centre of Biarritz. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very good breakfast; fresh bread, good coffee, freshly scrambled eggs cooked to perfection. Excellent location. Close to the beach, in the middle of town. Very clean room and bathroom. We arrived very late (about 23:30), but this wasn’t a problem for reception. Very good service.

The lady on reception was nice. The rooms were clean and location was central but quiet.

The beds in the "double" were two smaller than normal singles pushed together. They were on wheels so kept rolling away from each other and very creaky every time you turned over in bed. Noise from the cylinder of water running was going a lot of times during the night and very noisy. There is no lift and we were on the 3rd floor so a lot of steps for my elderly mother and small kids. The paint work in the room had been patched up at low level and looked a bit shabby.

Party outside the room in outdoor area until 3am. Staff lied about it being allowed. Zero recourse, would not move room.

Excellent location close to the center and from the beach, while at the same time very quiet. I loved the room with the nice terrasse. Super friendly staff.
