la localización muy buena y céntrica, la limpieza muy bien, la habitación era tranquila y confortable, el trato del personal también fue bueno, aunque en el desayuno estaban desbordados.
que mi habitación estaba en otro edificio, había que salir a un patio, y no tenia ascensor, unas escaleras muy altas e incómodas, lo que pague por el hotel fue mucho para no tener ascensor. Me justificaban que era una habitación "clásica" (de mas de 200 EU la noche)
No me gustó el desayuno, en una sala pequeña, había que pedir el café que a veces llegaba frio por la cantidad de personas desayunando y el tiempo de espera , tampoco había tostador y había que pedir que tostasen el pan cuando conseguías hablar con la persona encargada, la calidad del desayuno tampoco era buena.

Comfortable bed, cozy and quiet room, bathroom perfectly equipped. Excellent location (only 12 min to Piazza San Marco). Very professional and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with different options of healthy food, fruit, bread... We will repeat next time that we visit Venice.

The hotel exceeded my expectations...the service was top notch, the view from our Jr. Suite with Canal View was amazing, the breakfast (we paid for it as an add on) had enough variety for every taste. The location is incredible... literary 2 min to St. Mark's, and we could see the Bridge of sighs when leaning out the window.
I rhough the Jr. Suite would be a bit larger...it was basically a room, with an extra single bed. We were in the 4th floor, but I believe the lower floors has higher ceilings and maybe a different setup. Still we loved it as the higher floor afforded us a view of the rooftops and St. Marks Basilica domes. The bathroom was amazing though.

Hotel Colombina is exceptional in terms of the quality of every selection that goes into the hotel in general and each room in particular. From the Venwtian decor to the bathroom provisions and from the support facilities provided to the impeccable courtesy of the staff. Someone has clearly made an effort to ensure high quality. The breakfast was sumptuous, and add ons like a one-way trip to Morano made the stay that much more comfortable. Our room had a large balcony and overlooked the Bridge of Sighs. Highly recommended

We've just returned from four days here. The service, from the staff at breakfast to the barman and those at the front desk, was impeccable. The location is hard to beat, just fronting onto the canal that is crossed by the Bridge of Sighs. Great breakfast, lovely cocktails alongside the canal... Hard to beat. Thank you to everyone for making this a truly memorable holiday
The only slight disappointment was that we were tempted by the advertisement of a boat trip from the hotel. After deciding to do it, we were then told we couldn't because another couple had pulled out. It was a small thing in an otherwise perfect trip and the only thing that stopped us giving perfect marks.

close to attractions, has great canal views from the rooms. Beautiful canal rooms and comfortable beds (beds that are not a canal room are not comfortable and beds suck so make certain you book a canal suite).

We took the smallest room but it was so tiny, we could move in it at all! The shower is so small that one could not properly shower. The staff try their very best to upsell you, which can be a bit annoying.

Hotel Colombina is one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. It is small and decorated in a Rococo style with brocade on the walls and lots of mirrors and gold gilt. It is located a few blocks from Sna Maro and has its own boat launch.
The uniformed staff are very courteous and helpful. There is a lovely dining room, or food can be delivered to your room. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. I did not want to ever leave my perfect room!

Excellent location straight to the reception on the water taxi. friendly and courteous staffs, lovely location, walking distance to St. Mark's square and high branded streets plus all facilities, loved the location and view, romantic location and vibrant

The staff in the hotel were all very friendly. The 1h boat tour arranged by the hotel is to recommend. Excellent location: fairly easy to find and walking distance everywhere. A good selection at breakfast.
