Bad wifi..))

Spending a hundred bucks on a smelly basement with no light coming in whatsoever was quite a drag. Our expectation weren’t high at all, but what we faced was a house of horror. staff was nice though.

free breakfast, nice staff, comfy bed, good shower, near the metro, good size room

Price/performans hotel. Good if you just gonna spend the night. 10 min walking distance to metro, they let us leave our stuff when we were at football game.

Not too clean and the best hotel for sure but okay for price/performance. Area is a bit quite and did not make me feel safe

The worst experience with booking at booking. We had a flight cancellation and hat to find an extra night in Milano with late check-in. Nobody in the hotel speaks English. We wrote via booking and got no answer about our reservation. Arrived at 00:00 and were informed (with a friend help on the phone) that there’s no place in the hotel. But they’ll the taxi for us and will give us the number in their ‘better’ hotel in the ‘center’. The hotel tried not to pay for the taxi transfer caused by their fault with overbooking. The hotel is disgusting- very poor and old. Everything is broken : from the shower and the door lock to the electrical outlet. The walls are so poor that you can imagine your neighbours snoring right in your bed. No breakfast.

Cheap price , bed was nice, staff was nice.

The toilet seat was broken. No proper sockets-had to move bedside table to find one. The shower wasn't holding the hot water - kept jumping from hot to cold .. Also, the room smelled of bleach,had to sleep with open windows

We got held up and did not arrive until 1:15am. The receptionist could not have been more helpful.

Breakfast was a little basis but it was still good value
