The hotel needs to be remodel. I was there were it was a Sheraton and it was a great hotel.

Staff were hurried, chaotic service in the bar. Lift not working when we needed to go down 8 floors to the breakfast room, had to walk down, and the breakfast was terrible. Fortunately the lift was working when we needed to go back up. Towels were thin and small

Elevators are a trip hazard as the stop 2 inches above floor level. Also jirk to a stop when going to 4th floor. Almost lifting me off my feet at one point. Restaurant does not open until 7:30 p.m.. Air conditioner did not work in room. Called the hotel staff to ask to look at it. Was told to open the windows to cool the room. This was fine until dark when the mosquitoes came out. Then I foight mosquitoes even after the windows were closed and the room overheated. If it was more than one night or the fact I had to be at the airport at 4am. I would have changed hotel.

Location, staff and cleanliness

The air conditioning was a bit cold and didn't seem to adjust. The decor is very tired and the interior has the look of somewhere in eastern Europe 30 years ago. Our main complaint is the price of the underground parking. 24 Euros is 25 percent of the room price... Too expensive.

Outdated facility in serious need of a lift. Mediocre breakfast with bulk and long shelf-life offerings. I don't see how Italians could consider the baked goods offered bread.

The location is what made this hotel sought-after, and convenient, especially if you arrive very late at night. Otherwise, there are other more suitable options in the area that offer breakfast included and free airport transfer. The rooms are large (Deluxe Single Rooms - with large beds) and are comfortable.

The hotel is outdated (furniture) The WiFi connection in my room (9th floor) was very weak, I could not connect.

This is a great airport hotel--the closest, I believe, to the Genoa airport. You can walk easily from the hotel to the airport with your bags in about 3 minutes. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very quiet. The hotel restaurant is very good too. If you want to relax and minimize anxiety and hassles prior to your flight from Genoa, this hotel is an excellent choice.
