The location was amazing, 5 minutes walk from the seafront & across the road from a decent supermarket.

There was no breakfast of morning coffee on offer.

Good location but busy and close to the water, boats, restaurants. Walking around is easy and fun. Hotel has a very nice, friendly and helpful staff. And they had a garage to park our car. Nice size room and very clean. Had very good dinners at restaurants. Lively area at night with many good places to eat and drink.

Very friendly family run hotel.

The room was quite compact but it was perfect for a solo traveller. The air conditioning was great and the bathroom was very good. The staff were friendly and they gave me advice on what to do in the area. I was very satisfied overall. Good value for money.

Good position to the main old city and also for walking to other places. Staff were friendly and ready to help. Room top terrace was a bonus. I had a single room which although small had everything I needed, bed was very comfortable, my room and all areas were very clean. Despite some of the decor jaded I would stay again, as a woman travelling on my own I felt very safe there!

My only observation would be a refurb in some of the areas- I often wondered what sat beneath the carpet on the stairs and landing and if it was hiding some lovely floor.

Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent service. Great terrace on the top with top view. Nice entry area and bar. Clean and well equipped rooms.

The street is a bit noisy, but when windows closed its fine. The neighbours can be heared relatively well.

Friendly stuff, Very nice roof terrace. Rapallo is a good town to stay as it is less touristy than the rest in the area and still nice and close to the rest.

Bit too noisy, as on the Main Street. With good shut windows it is ok.

Lots! Fabulous welcome from Lucretia from the parking, reception to advice about Rapallo. . Lucretia is charming, multilingual - speaks very posh English - and super helpful. Upgraded to roof terrace room. Lovely breakfast with friendly and efficient waitress. Great location and value. Near beach and city nightlife. Pet friendly.
