The hotel is in an excellent location. A five minute walk to the main centre or the river, yet in a quiet location. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was fine. We had a dog with us and they had put a dog bed and food bowls in the room, which was a nice touch.
I had forgotten it did not have on site parking, and I had to ring for directions to the public carpark where the hotel had an arrangement for a discount. The receptionist was very helpful but it would have been useful to have more details of the carpark given to me on booking.
The weather was very bad when we first arrived with a terrific wind and rain. We therefore did not want to go out to eat. Instead we had room service, and to be honest is was awful. A microwaved lasagne with no salad or vegetables. And a desert that was still frozen. Best to avoid!

Mal funcionamiento del hidromasaje.
Pague una habitación con hidromasaje para nada.
Te ponen cafetera y no te ponen las cápsulas como otros años te la ponían. y el ruido de aire acondicionado... Insoportable.

La habitación era muy grande y silenciosa. La cama enorme y muy cómoda. Muy limpio todo. Personal muy agradable. Ubicación genial a un paso de la plaza del Pilar.
El desayuno es correcto. Hay variedad suficiente y la calidad es la estándar de este tipo de alojamientos, pero se echa en falta un poquito más de calidad.

Nada cuando entramos y llegamos a la habitación la rejilla del aire acondicionado súper sucia lo digamos en recepción y si la limpiaron a medias los focos de encima la televisión llenos de polvo de por lo menos 2 meses muy caro para lo que hemos pagado carísimo limpieza 0 cuando tenga que ir otra vez a Zaragoza a este hotel no iré
También las tuberías un olor espantoso no pudimos dormir en las 2 noches que estuvimos ahí cuando nos íbamos nos dice el chico de recepción que si hemos estado a gusto yo creo que si me vio la cara se lo imaginaba y también el mando de la televisión no funcionaba lo dijimos en recepción y ni lo miraron NO VOLVERÉ A ESTE HOTEL NUNCA MÁS

Great service, great room, great breakfast, great price. The location in the centre of Zaragoza is perfect as well for seeing not only the Basilica and the central locations, but also easy access to the wider Aragon countryside
It was already good value for money, but of course if it was even cheaper then firstly I wouldn't believe it, but it would be amazing of course.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room had huge windows overlooking the plaza, and the air conditioning worked well. The parking was easy to arrange at the desk.
There was only one sachet of each type of tea and coffee in the room. This seemed a bit mean! I'm sure reception would've given us more if we asked, though.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful and clean. Spacious rooms. Turn right as you come out of the hotel, across the road. There is a fantastic bar which has a large variety of wonderful tapos.
There was not anything that we didn't like.

We loved the location as it was close to the Basilica where we attended a wedding. Shops and restaurants nearby. Loved walking in the area and felt safe

The location of this hotel was perfect for the places we had to go. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, there was a plethora of choices. Were glad we chose breakfast with the room. Had a great recommendation from the front staff for a good steak restaurant for my daughter's birthday celebration.
A member of the front staff seemed a little bothered that we hang the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door for the day, not allowing housekeeping to get in. We were there only two nights and our rooms didn't need cleaning. We were trying to save energy and supplies. In addition, there is a bar next door that is very lively on weekends. Our Saturday night was very noisy, as if we were on the street ourselves. Couldn't sleep until the wee hours of the morning. The next night it was fine. Just keep this in mind if you get a room with a balcony.

Very comfortable hotel near the centre of Zaragoza close to the Basilica etc. Very quiet for where it is situated.
A slightly poor smell in the corridor outside the room (but not in the room).
