Parc Natural is a very special and wonderful place to stay. Very friendly and attentive staff identify a nice feeling to be welcome. Also exceptional is the childcare under the direction of Gloria (extraordinary pedagogical). Our son Robin (2,5 years) gives 5 stars!

Everything! The staff is exceptional, kind, service oriented, the hotel grounds and rooms are impeccably clean. Delicious and fresh breakfast. We arrived to the lobby in the evening and our children wanted dessert but the lobby bar only served drinks. the staff specifically went out of their way to bring the children sweets and ice cream free of charge.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. They prepared our baby’s breakfast and dinner and all our requests were happily fulfilled. Even a delicious birthday cake ! Special thanks to Jimi, the personification of customer excellence! The rooms were clean with a large bed, lots of towels available for use of the spa and pool, a line outside to dry washing and delicious buffet.

Lack of a bath tub in the room and kettle facilities however we did get a kettle when we contacted room service.

maybe they should have more Halal options, the soft drinks should be free, once we take all inclusive or dinner package

One of the best services I have ever seen in a 5-star hotel. High quality but they still make you welcome as a family. Great service from the lifeguard who offers free paddleboards and helps with pumping beach playing stuff. The buffet is one of the best in Mallorca. Lastly, I have to mention the beautiful hotel bistro on the way to the beach which offers breathtaking views.

Only 1 steam room has been working in the SPA. One reason why we booked this hotel has been the SPA diversity. The sauna has no option for any kind of infusion, which especially Germans/Scandinavians would love. Mosquitos are very very bad. People do not exaggerate in the reviews. Make sure you book a superior room if you don´t like old furnishing - these rooms are renovated

This hotel is run very well and it's undoubtedly to do with the friendly and helpful manager being customer facing. This positive attitude is reflected by all the staff we encountered throughout the hotel which is unusual. Genuinely 5 star levels of service and attention to detail because they have no shortage of staff.

We bought the cheapest room on booking.com but being a 5 star hotel had certain expectations which sadly were not meant. We had room 2002 which was in building 2 near the pool area and on the ground floor, it had a balcony that was right by the outside dining area. It was bit dated but felt high quality and we were happy enough. However there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms both at midnight from late night returners and early in the morning from a famiy with babies. You can't blame the hotel for noisy residents BUT there the noise intrusion from next door rooms was extremely high and you would have assumed the noise was originating from outside the front door/corridor rather than the other side of a solid wall. We advised the hotel of the issue and they couldn't have been more helpful and moved us to a more modern room on another floor that had been refurbished and had a more modern feel (though bathroom and slight dated looking marble floor was largely identical). Crucially this room had been soundproofed and indeed was better but you are still at the mercy of residents above who seem to like to move furniture around which on the marble floors can be very noisy. I'm sure it's not as easy as it seems to allocate rooms but while it isn't an adults only hotel, maybe families can be kept together and the same for older couples. I love this hotel but I can now see why so many hotels are adults only.

Room quality and preparation were far beyond our expectation. The atmosphere was always welcoming and friendly throughout our stay for 4 nights. My wife and I were visiting the place for my wife's pregnancy relax, and we were more than satisfied with everything they've offered. Better staying with half-board included and we would definitely visit the place again in the near future.

If you'd plan to visit a lot places like Valdemosa, Moro beach and Palma, this won't be the best option to stay. Relatively away from commercial area and Alcudia. And just be mindful as the place is close to the natural park you'll find quite a lot mosquitoes whereas the hotel provides a good electric Insecticide.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Swimming pool has lots of shades, perfect for family woth baby. There is also an amazing spa area with sauna and steam room and a heated pool. Wide selection of food. we stayed for 6 days and did not get tired of it as you easily do in other hotels. Beach is so close and beautiful.

Mosquitos - hotel tried their best to help by offering mosquito repellent and mosquito plugs in bedroom.

We were looking for a place to have a relaxed time at the beach, good food and great service. We found it here and more! We truly loved or stay. At the check in they announced to us that they have given us an upgrade and the room was wonderful. The food is delicious and diverse. The food is serve in a Buffet style and also they offer a menu as well if you want to order at the table. At breakfast the basic beverages are included. In the evening the beverage are not. The spa is wonderful to have a quite time. The beach is stunning. A magnificent coastline of fine white sand flanked by natural dunes and crystal clear waters. The pool is great and the activities given by Tina are enjoyable she does a great job! The shows in the evenings are wonderful to have a great time after dinner and drinks if you want. The access to the hotel is easy and either by taxi/shuttle or by the direct public bus from the airport it works perfectly, the only difference between the two is the price, you can choose whichever and you will reach the hotel at the door. Mobility is easy you can walk to many near areas with shops, supermarket and restaurants. Or take a taxi or bus to the other parts of Alcudia or Mallorca in general to visit. If you rent a car you can park it on the premises of the hotel. As a note: if you are looking for a more lively or young people type of experience this hotel is not for you the demographic is more for Families with children and Mature people. The personnel is helpful and very interested in your needs and wishes, just ask them! Thank you to all the staff for their lovely way to treat us. We will surely come back
