Great rooms, nice central location to everything in Mallorca.

Service & food could definitely improve. They are no doubt trying - but it leaves a bit to be desired

The grounds, buildings and pool including the views were gorgeous. I loved how the estate looked and the pool was great. I thought the employees working here were very considerate, helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good and I preferred the menu option over buffet style.

The amount of bugs in the room was concerning considering the amount of money charged per night. I understand it’s in the countryside, but as someone who has nearly a phobia of bugs, I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew there would be spiders, nats, silverfish, worms and ants regularly seen in the room. The lack of TV, coffee maker, or real pool towels was also a little annoying. Again, for the price paid I was expecting a more elevated room experience that felt more luxurious, this felt a little underwhelming (may have been the room I was in, as they all seem to be different, so don’t take the booking photos as proof of where you’ll be). We also noticed a stain on the fitted bed sheets on our second night, I had them asked them the next morning to make sure our sheets were changed. They did not end up being changed, so we slept on that fitted sheet with a stain on it all week 😕. I expected again for the price paid that the house keeping would be a little more elevated and things like hairs and stains on the sheets wouldn’t be something we would come back to. That was disappointing.

I love everything, the feelin of beint close to country side and eating healthy vegan food everyday. I also loved the staff. Sara and Franco were amazing.

Suite was amazing and we loved everything about it. our third visit.

No acknowledgment of that fact it was our third time visiting. in other hotels we get a card or bottle of wine, here staff seem not to care you are a returning customer 🥲 Dinner menu needs more variety in our opinion.

Really nice property and very spacious, beautiful and comfortable Appartement. The personnel was friendly, flexible and uncomplicated. Really great experience.

The equipment in the Appartement could be extended a bit: e.g. own coffee machine and more drinks.
