We had a peaceful cabin with a view of Lago Argentino. Breakfast is generous, with a variety of breads and sweets. The property is beautifully landscaped with cute cats roaming about.

I would not recommend to stay here. It is not downtown, so it is difficult to get to town for food. Their restaurant was closed. We had to wait for 45 minutes for a taxi, and when I left, the door was closed, and no one at front desk. We almost missed our bus, since we can not get out of the property. The heater did not work, and the breakfast was so so.

Very small bathroom. Quite a way from main area, which is ok if you have a car.

Rooms are a bit small but beds are comfortable. Beautiful facility and lovely garden with lots of flowers.

Hotel staff didn't speak English. They charged our credit card automatically even though they told us at check in we could pay in cash.

Even though it had a kitchen, it was great that they provided a breakfast basket the night before.

I’m not good on stairs and it was tricky having the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom down.

The accommodation was more then what my father expected

Better than most over here. At least we had cereal & toast unlike other places. The staff were very kind arranging taxis and a doctor when my wife was sick. The only drawback was the steep stairs as we are older people.

great place to stay with friendly staff

they run my reservations card the moment I walked in without my knowledge. card is required for reservations not for purchase. At checkout I wanted to pay with local currency to take advantage of the exchange rate but they would not refund the charge and accept their local currency as payment. very odd.

The cabin was nice accommodating and great view. And great staff they were able to accommodate us for an extra night.

You need a car to get around, also just to the city center (as a lot of tourists are going for a rental car anyway, its no big deal / but if you do not went for a rental car, you might wanna look for a more central place)

Nice place, protected from the wind, on the far side of town, towards the glacier. Good lake views. Very helpful friendly staff, who helped arrange taxis etc. Breakfast brought to the room in advance is a nice, convenient touch. Decent restaurant.

The restaurant staff were overstretched - though it was well-handled, with fair warning given of possible delays!
