excellent location, it is just 1 minute by walk to the beach.

Rude staff, being thrown out of apartment before check out. Food worst I have experienced in the area

It is very near the beach, good location for doing Sport and going out. Very nice food selection(but way to less fresh vegetables).

There was no WiFi in the apartments, not enough fresh vegetables and not always enough vegetarian selections. The stuff was really not nice at the reception and the parking lot.

This is a difficult one as the main hotel is probably ok, but I have to base this review on our personal experience, so the pool, location and main hotel all seem fine, however we was misled by our booking as we was put around the corner in apartments separate from the hotel, not what we saw on the pictures.

So we was not in the main hotel which is what we booked and expected, we were around the corner in some old apartments that looked like what they used for overspill. The bin had the last guests medication bottles in still..!! People were singing and shouting on their balconies and making noise and phone calls in the corridors that echoed like mad till 4.00am. The beds were not fit for kids to even sleep in, they were fragile, they rocked side to side like on stilts and they were so old and uncomfortable. for me the main thing at any hotel is the mattress, if they cant get that basic thing right they may as well give up. I pay them to get a good nights sleep, its not too much to ask in a hotel. At 4.30am I was on bookkng.com and I booked another room and we checked out before breakfast and moved to another better hotel in Salou. I wll never stay here again, they did offer another room but we declined and they did after some arguing refund us for the night we did not saty, but they were very reluctant. This may not reflect other peoples experience here as I said but I had to base it on what happened to us, we should not have been put in separate accomodation as it never said that when we booked, there was no securit there and no phone to call down to reception to report what was going on with the very noisy and rude Spanish guests, who are usually 99% of the time very polite and friendly.

some different potatoes as there seemed to be french fries all the time

Location, very close to the beach. Hotel facilities which were available to us were excellent.
