The next train station is only a few minutes away and the Ohori-Park can also be reached within minutes. It also takes under 20 minutes to reach the hotel from Fukuoka Airport, which is a big plus. The staff was very friendly and we could hand over our lagguage several hours before our check-in. The rooms get cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast is for free and has the basics (coffee, orange juice, bread and jam, eggs and instant soup).

The hotel is old and it shows, so everyone who is looking for a fancy room, should look somewhere else. The bathroom is very tiny. It's normal in Japan to have tiny bathrooms, but I never saw a bathroom that small. The bathroom comes with a bathtub but I think no one over 160cm would be able to take a comfortable bath. It was also difficult to place any toiletries in the bathroom. The cleanliness was okay. Since the hotel is old there are several spots that can't be helped.

The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave me the lend of an umbrella, which I really appreciated; the breakfast was buffet-style and really good with a nice variety of items; the laundry facility was much appreciated; they had a good variety of tourism leaflets and information; the location was right beside the lovely Ohori Park and just 2 stops from Tenjin station...

I'm sorry, but the blatant stains in the carpets, particularly in the corridors, are just so off-putting...I really advise the hotel to clean them, put down new carpets or just remove them! It just projects a dirty image, I'm afraid. Secondly, although the breakfast was great, I wish they would try to keep the breakfast items warm, rather than just placing them on a table; I wish they had provided more hangers to hang clothes...

The location is near at the station. Its really a convenient location there's 7-11, ramen, fruit store. Also, there's laundry area, vending machines and a microwave at the lobby. I will stay again at the hotel. I'd rather stat at this hotel where I could have my own bathroom and my things are safe than booked in a capsule hotel where other tourist are staying.

Well, I will stay at the hotel again. If you're looking for a "staycation" then this is not the place for you but if you're looking for a pretty decent place and budget friendly place then I highly recommend it.

The hotel is close to a subway station. The staff is very friendly and you will get a good room for small money.

Unfortunately with the cleanliness I am a bit disappointed. There is black mould in the seams of the basin. If that cannot be washed, then the seams should be made new.
