We had to check out as soon as we got to our room. It was so bad and dirty. No outside window and the only window we had was directly infront of the lift so people could see us. I would not recommend to stay here and plenty places for same price and better quality. Outdated, dirty and deposit for a bad place to stay

The staff are super friendly and kind.

The facilities. we need to transfer room because the sink and the toilet are clog.

The location is 10/10. The staffs 10/10

The AC. Have read a lot of reviews about the AC not getting that much but looks like nothing is being done. I woke up sweating because the AC is not that cold.

the Aircondition is not that cold as i expected.

1. The bidet is spoilt and cannot be used. 2. The toilet flush is not working. 3. The WiFi is horrible.

its close to everything like atm, jollibee, mcdo, 7-11, ayala mall, etc. .

because its in the hiway, u can hear all the vehicle noise esp evening.

The location was very convenient and accessible. Food establishments are near and transportation was easy. I also like the idea that since I ask if there is a fee for late check out, I informed them that I needed an extra 30 mins they responded that it's alright and no added fees will be charged.

It may not be directly related to the hotel operations but the entire stay I wasn't able to connect to the hotel's internet. Although i was informed that the internet connection will resume in 24 hrs from the time I checked in, it did not happen. The room was also situated in the direct sunlight during Morning. So I was awaken due to that. Room 401. Likewise, the bidet was a bit loose so there were water leaking. Although I tried to adjust still it was not fixed.Perhaps, maintenance may schedule a thorough check up of the rooms before guest comes in. Maybe, have an alternative plan like consider having 2 internet providers.
