Location was ideal. Lots of eating options, cafes and restaurants. Shopping for essentials, groceries very convenient. Because it is located in IT PARK, the place lits up at night! Restaurant staff at Misto - thank you Raymart, Alexis and Kingswell for your professional service during breakfast, of my 8 days stay.Well deserving to mention. Also to the housekeeping staff, assigned to my room, always happy to assist me.

Certain fruits, like mangoosteen not allowed in the room. I had to speak to the duty manager to better explain the rationale behind. Eventually, it was delivered to our room. The hotel explained their side, I explained my side. So a compromise was reached! I stayed in the 1 BR apartment, with kitchenette, dining and living room, Please do include, mopping on the tiled floor (I had to personally ask the front desk to do this, was rather actioned after 4hrs!), dirt marks are quite visible on the white tiles after I return from a day out. Vacuum cleaning is essential too, I find broom mop not enough, I had to ask again for housekeeping to redo their broom mopping!

They don’t have shower caps. I asked for one and tje housekeeping said they don’t have them. The breakfast buffet had a good selection but because the hotel is so busy they need to do better in refilling the food at the breakfast buffet. What i did was go there as soon as they open the breakfast but then the eggs weren’t ready as well.

The roof bar is a great location, however the noise level is really terrible. Makes the experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone visit.

I would just like to appreciate the staff of Seda Central Bloc for being the most acommodating. I have booked and requested for the 2 bedroom room and arranged it months in advance and the reservation staff have been very kind and considerate throughout the whole process. A day before me and my family were suppose to stay in their hotel my father was rushed to the hospital due to heart attack and had to cancel reservation at the last minute, I really appreciated how they made things so easy for me. I ended up staying 1 night only to wait for my local flight the next day. I can't wait to bring my family here soon.

Excellent breakfast! Comfy bed. Convenient laundry and drying units in the apartments is a big plus for me. The gym and pool are also very nice plus. The family enjoyed keeping fit and the cleanliness is well maintained. The staff are so friendly, respectful and very helpful.

Some sheets and towels are old and stained. Needs to be replaced with new ones.

Good breakfast. Bed is comfy. Washing and dryer unit in the apartments very convenient.

Some apartments have leaks in the kitchen and washing unit was lacking in the first room they put us in. Some towels/sheets look old and dirty, better to change them with new ones. Accidentally left some items in the process of changing rooms i expected them to trace and return them to us because we just moved rooms. I have to ask lost and found.

Location is good. Staff are polite and friendly and very good breakfast!
