Great location on the river with easy on site parking. Central, easy walk into town. Great staff. Good evening buffet dinner and breakfast.
The bedroom was unbearably hot and sticky, making sleep difficult. Rooms need fans. Unfortunately a great venue let down by basics. Wouldn't stay there again.

Location of the hotel
Staffs didn’t inform me that the hot water pipe was broken and there’s no hot water in the toilet & shower. Staffs were not friendly to update customers on the hot water issue.

Slept well on comfortable mattress. Large, thick fluffy towels. Nice view of the river. Good breakfast.
Busloads of tourists in the hotel. Assuming this is what made the internet less responsive.

it’s located on the river in the Centre of town. breakfast was nice. staff very friendly and helpful.
too close to the main road traffic, view of the car park and the room was too close to reception area.

The breakfast was good and the location of hotel was excellent. Overall a good choice for a brief stay.
Staff in front desk could use more training to answer routine questions from guests.
The shower edge was too high and getting in/out of shower with toilet so close to shower was very difficult.

Conveniently located on the way between touristic destinations. More of a budget hotel for bus tours overnight but it served its purpose. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free wifi and free parking. Nearby gas station if you need any drinks or snacks. Comfy bed, clean shower, good breakfast. Also there's a buffet option in the evening (as theres nothing else in the vicinity)
No pool, spa or sauna, no gym, no extras, no room fridge. Some rooms are modernized, some a bit dated. We got a nice, modern room but with a view on the parking lot and nearby warehouse so not so splendid.

Hotel is situated perfectly with a jaw dropping backdrop. The breakfast and Dinner options are also good.
They really lack a lot of basic in-room facilities. We booked 2 rooms and neither of them had a kettle to boil water or a phone to call reception. We had to look up their number on Internet and them give them a call. One of the rooms didn’t have a dustbin too.

It was a Saturday evening, and few loud cars were playing music in the streets till midnight. But it is not a problem of a Hotel

Given a room in the non renovated section where floor is made of old wood and bathroom with a bathtub that has gaps in the surrounding allowing water to go in between while showering so the the floor becomes wet

they don’t change the towel avery day and there’s no boilers and coffee in the room and it’s doesn’t look that its 4 star hotel
