We booked these apartments in city centre. Once we arrived at the address, where was with booking confirmation, we found out that we will live in different place. It was about 15min drive from city centre, and from the place where we reserved. They cheating and give the wrong location on booking map platform. For these reason i spend extra 110euros only for taxi to reach city centre.

Allright location just south of the downtown area, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the keys through a keylock

It is quite a walk to the Cathedral though, you better use the scooters. The apt doesn't have an AC unit and it got very hot during the day. Overall, the cleanliness and the contemporariness is not what you would expect in the 21st century. Especially in the bathroom. It needs a renovation. The faucet had air in it and was spitting water at me, the TV is so small you can barely see it from the bed :D So nothing major just minor inconveniances. Livable, but not lovable

The wifi the last 2 days didnt work ..It was good and suddently no wifi anymore

Nice location and easy access to keys

Hot water was not working properly in the shower. Bed sheets with small stains.

kitchen and bedroom both were good. Bathroom was also good and seem clean.. Sheets were clean and we liked it. Room was large and comfortable.

There were no shampoo and soap in bathroom. There were no balcony. Everything else were good.

The apartment was very clean and with all items and furniture to great stay.

The address in the ad was not the same as the one we were given.

Nothing, there was absolutely nothing that I liked!!!

I’ve been to over 40 countries in 4 continents and that was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had! Problems started from the beginning - the whole communication with the host was in German so you HAVE TO speak German. I couldn’t get the keys so I called the host. He was the most terrible and the rudest person ever! Screaming and shouting on me because I was in hurry (I really needed to use a restroom!). He was arrogant, extremely impolite and unhelpful! He was even making some stupid comments about my name which I found racist! Because I couldn’t enter the building, I asked about some assistance. He said that I had to wait 5min. I was waiting over 30min and no one came. When I finally entered the apartment, I was even more disappointed. The apartment didn’t look even 10% as good as in the pictures. It was very dirty and smelly, there were holes in the curtains and the wallpaper, as well as marks on the walls and the floor. And it was furnished with the cheapest stuff you can get! All of the dishes were really dirty, just like all of the floors and furniture (dust, food leftovers, rubbish). They left just 2 small towels for 3 people staying there for 3 nights! They didn’t even provide the cheapest soap to wash your hands! Seriously, it was a nightmare. Besides that the place was very noisy (it’s an old block with very thin walls) so no chance to rest during the day or to sleep properly at night. To prove that I do not exaggerate, see the pictures that I took there. To sum up - highly not recommended, unless to your enemy only!

They left me only two cover sheets for me to dry off after showering for the four days I stayed in the apartment, when I arrived at the place the apartment was not ready , before that I asked a day in advance if I could arrive at least 1 hour before the time and they denied , but when I got to the apartment they made me wait for another 30 minutes I entered the code they gave me is simply the machine did not give me the keys. I sent a message and waited for 10 minutes for the reply and I was informed that someone would come to help me after this time the boy comes from inside the building with the keys and gives me . in other words, it was all a lie they were still tidying up the apartment. on the day of departure 10.50 there was already someone knocking on the door telling me to leave the apartment I never hope to come back in this apartment.

I have nothing good to say about this apartment it is very bad I have a bad experience

the attention of the staff very bad I did not have Internet and the host did not give me any solution I recommend that you do not make the mistake of booking with this host, The apartment has nothing to do with what the images say Booking You should have many filters so that your clients are very well understood and do not fall with a very bad experience, people like this are making the Booking company look very bad I hope they take it into account

They put nice pictures of apartments and in reality they give you a completely diferente apartment (dirty, smaller). It’s a scam and they won’t give you your money back, the owner does not have sympathy. Don’t ever book with this property.

The location is excellent...I think you are paying this high price only for the location. Bed was comfortable... that's it!

The room didn't even look close to the pictures shown. The furniture (chair and table) was broken. We were scared to sit on those chairs Staff told us to park in an expensive parking lot which was on the other side of the river. In the end we found cheap parking lot about 400 meters from the apartment. The apartment wasn't really clean...the shower was a mess. Never again! not worth the money.

Apartment was quite clean, great location from which you can easily reach all the touristic objects. Easy check in and a private stay.

When I asked if there is possibility to check in late, since we had a late flight, I was answered that all the check ins after 8 pm is at my own risk. Of course that made me worried already before the trip. The thing is that there was no issue with the check in, since there were a key box with the code. We got to the apartment as planned and my worries before the trip was unnecessary. Room was different than the in picture, much simpler. Had no bath towels ( I don't know how it's in Germany but other booking or airbnb places have always had towels). Very squeeky bed.

Wifi 🥶

On my arrival day they told me that i have to go to another addreess, 40 min away from original address. They didnt answer phone calls, Absoulty no room service, view to the wast storag. Worst experiance ever!!

Nothing, it was a disgusting, uncleanly, poorly located, unsuitable place to stay for holiday or otherwise. I liked when I was able to leave because it meant I would never have to go there again.

Seeing as there was absolutely nothing I liked about this property, I will list all of the reasons it was unsuitable and incredibly poorly advertised. > The location on booking.com was incorrect and on the opposite side of town to where the property actually was. Grossly misleading. > The freight train line ran right next to the apartment so there was noise at all hours of the day. Neighbours of the apartment also had a loud party while we were there. > We were told we were unable to pick up the key after 8pm which was not advertised on booking.com. Unfortunately our flight arrived in the evening and our host was completely unaccommodating. When we did eventually pick up the key, it was located in a lock box that was obviously accessible at any time of the day or night. It was also located in a completely different location to the actual property. Poor organisation, communication and hospitality. > The property itself was incredibly unkempt. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property - it wreaked of smoke. There were no covers on the duvets. The duvets were stained. The pillows had no cases and were worn to a disgusting degree. There was rubbish in the pot plant. > The amenities or lack thereof was atrocious. There was 1 bath towel despite the property being booked for 4 adults. The sofa beds were broken - legs coming apart and fabric tearing off. There was no bulb in one of the lamps. When we contacted the host about the towels and bedding - we did not receive a response.

Nothing was as described

Beds were well made and comfortable. Nice wide view from window. No bother from neighbours.

Toilet was partially broken and the bathroom was very cramped. Kitchen facilities were poor.
