The mattress is very soft and uncomfortable. The cleaning staff only entered the room once. Smell of mold in the bathroom. The restaurant menu is very simple.

The room was spacious and clean. The personel was friendly. The hotel is located near the city center.

The hotel is outdated, the lobby is dark and brings you back to 1970. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but because of this, it smells overall inside like chloride. The bathroom is very basic and small. The breakfast was disappointing, very limited choice and and the warm options (scrambled eggs and bacon) were notoriously cold. the hotel is located at the hill, which means you either need to use a car to get there or climb the stairs (equivalent of 12-15 floors) every time you get in

Very welcoming and very friendly staff, very clean and most importantly location right in center and view from the room is amazing. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and will always come here.

Hotel has an excellent position and view over city; the parking space is quite large, area is quiet. Pool is ok and well maintained, free of charge for hotel guests.

The condition of the hotel is very poor, it needs an urgent major rework. The room was not cleaned when we arrived (a lot of dirt and human hair on the floor in the room), during our 4 nights of stay the maid came only in 1 day to clean up the room. Overall room needs major cleaning, as the light switches, window & balcony door handles were full of very old dirt! Breakfast is basic, presentation needs to be improved, quality of the ingredients should be much better.

The breakfast was excellent, friendly staff, I’m booked for December too, I’m going back for another week! 🤗

Good prices for a hotel in Cluj Napoca. Acceptable breakfast. Good rooms, however nothing special. Free parking, however very crowded.

The hotel should be renovated, now it looks as if you travelled back in time to the 1990's or even back to the communist era.
