Very nice hotel, the owner of the hotel and staff were all really very lovely and kind. The room was very clean, and easy access. We also got the room with the garden so that was also very nice to have fresh air every morning. Really great all.

The only thing we would suggest is to improve the pillows they were not as comfy.

We really enjoyed the night spent in Pensiunea Cluj. The location of the accommodation is in a quiet area in the heart of the town , on top of a hill , close to the center. We stayed on the second floor and the view was beautiful. The room was clean , bathroom very big and modern , wifi available. The hospitality of the owners is remarkable, Breakfast was variated and fresh and the coffee excellent. We would highly recommend the pension and would be very happy to come back for a longer stay. Great location and friendly staff. Good value for money. The rooms were comfortable and well climatized. The auto check-in is a very convenient option. Free parking is a great bonus too.

I wish I could have a coffee/tea in-room ( preferably) or at least in the common areas available for the guests. The breakfast is affordable, but basic, an omelet cold make a difference :) . The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear all neighbors (not sure if possible to do anything with it).

It was not easy to find, because the street looks more like a private entrance, but we managed:-). We could park our car in front of the building. The door opens with a code we were sent by sms but we could not find where to tap the code. But there were people at the reception that helped us. When you know, it's very easy. And you don't have to carry a key. Beds were good, silent room, breakfast good. Very nice gentlemen made us a great cappuccino. WIFI was perfect

We could not find the street quickly because it looked like a private gate to pass.
