Breakfast was ok

The price very high, the pool dirty, most of the facilities not working (jacuzzi, sauna ECT), Very far from everything, no refrigerator....

High standing room, excellent breakfast and helpful staff

outstanding hospitality of the owner of the hotel. The decoration was marvelous. The appartment was amaizing, because of size, funcionality and comfortable furnishing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the facility was well cared for.

I had to check-out of the hotel at 0800 and breakfast was not being served until 0830. When I informed the desk, they said they might be able to start earlier if other guests also needed to check-out early. They did not, so I did not get to have breakfast.

Hostería Puertas del Sol is an elegant, relaxing getaway. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean; the breakfast was very good. The area around the property was very peaceful and quiet; it was within 10 minutes of the lakeside beach.

The noise from the highway took a bit to adjust to, but then it was fine. The property is also a 25 minute walk from town (where most restaurants are) but there is an hourly public service; it's just helpful to be aware of that if you don't plan to have a car like I did.

Breakfast was good and room really clean. Very pretty place.

Staff were un friendly are accused me of having extra people stay. The guy got a little heated and came across quite rude. I felt uncomfortable so i checked out and lost my money. I think maybe a language barrier. He thought i was having extra people stay but i was just storing bags. Otherwise beautiful place. But no staff spoke to me and told me anything. Breakfast starts late. Hotub was cold. Also recieved an email after booking that said if i dont send a passport within 24hrs mt room would be cancelled and i would loose my money?? Very stressful and a little passive aggressive. Again this could be a language barrier. I stayed at a place half the price before here and it was twice as good, better location and friendly. Out of town and next to a road.

It was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel, everything was positively over expected.
