Die ausgezeichnete Lage: sehr ruhig, aber zentral! Gute, authentische Küche. SPA-Behandlungen ausgezeichnet. Kleiner Pool mit Aussicht auf den See/Vulkan. Angenehmes und motiviertes Personal.
Die Innendekoration des Kaffees/Restaurants könnte für ein 5*Hotel besser sein. Das Restaurant wirkt wie eine Kantine. Schade!

Muy buen desayuno con una vista increíble al lago Llanquihue. El trato del personal es excepcional, es un hotel muy cálido.
Me he quedado en otros hoteles de la zona, y sin duda este es el mejor.

O hotel é um verdadeiro hotel de inverno. Todo em madeira seu lobby com um lareira e decorações lindas. O café da manhã é muito bom, e servido em um salão com uma linda vista para os vulcões e lago. Os quartos são lindos, limpos, com cama muito confortável e grande, excelente banheiro e uma vista de tirar o fôlego. A piscina no último andar é aquecida e com vista para o vulcão Osorno e lago. O hotel é extremamente bem localizado a 10 minutos a pé do centro. Voltaria e indicaria esse hotel sem dúvidas.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the lake and Osorno volcano. It has a cozy design with natural wood and fireplace. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is among the best we have encountered in Chile. The breakfast was also good with fresh-made croissants.
Just some minor issues just to be a perfectionist, we have been to this hotel before, and some of the finishings outside the hotel require some maintenance. For example the logo of the hotel is fainted to one side, and windows in the hallways to the room were quite dirty. Besides that the hotel is great!

La persona que nos atendio para el checkout no conocía bien su trabajo y finalmente no supo darmos una solución a nuestro planteamiento. A diferencia de Paulina que fue excelente en su atención previa y reserva de las 11 habitaciones que reservamos.

Temperature control in our room didn’t work properly and we need it to have our room at the appropriate temperature for our baby.

Well located in Puerto Varas, great views of lake Llanquihue (make sure to get a room with a view). Easy parking. Nice gym and spa. Would stay again.

A stunning hotel that maximises its vantage point of Puerto Varas lake and the enigmatic Osorno volcano with a large luxurious lounge and lovely restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Stunning view, delicious food (huge choice for breakfast), gorgeous hotel to hang out in, fire was lit on gloomy days, perfect location (near centre ie walking distance in 5 minutes, but not right in it, so quieter). Staff from top management right through to room service are extremely kind and some speak several languages. This is a great place to stay. Don’t hesitate.
The Chilean system restricts how many Sundays staff can be expected to work, so staffing the restaurant and bar on a Sunday is a challenge to manage. Service was consequently slow. For us it wasn’t a problem; however, if you are a family with tired, hungry children: not great.

The staff were consistently professional and friendly. The hotel was beautiful architecturally. Our bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. Our room (704) had a balcony and was bright with large wi diws and very pretty views. We loved the location, a little away from the crowds and noise but still an east walk to the shops and restaurants.
The couches and seats in our room and the lobby were beautiful but quite dated. The cushions of the couches and arm chairs in the lobby were quite uncomfortable. It was such a beautiful area, we wish they were comfortable so we could relax in the lobby, but after ten mins we left as a result. I suggest that the hotel invest in new couches and seats so that the hotel will deserve a 10!
