Great location, friendly staff, homely cuisine and a comfortable stay

I booked two rooms with double bed. My family was staying there. My father-in-law , mother-in-law, my wife , 5 year old son and 7 moth old daughter. The hotel provided rooms with two single beds each. How can you expect to lie on single bed with my children and the beds were too small also. My family was really unhappy about it. Though they talked to the management and the staff, it was informed that it depended on the availability. The staff should have the sensibility to look into these types of matters and arrange accordingly. I am very unhappy that my 7 month old daughter fell from that small single bed onto the floor and later when my wife asked the staff , they changed her to another room with double bed on another floor . I was about to file a case against the irresponsible service rendered to us; but I do not have time to go over all these as we have to be back to UK very soon. Moreover, no WiFi was available throughout the stay ; the staff informed that there was a problem. We, customers, do not expect such excuses from a reputed hotel like this. I have stayed in many hotels in various countries; but never did I experience like this. I am sure I will never again stay at this property nor will I recommend this to anybody. I wish the management will look into these types of issues.
