Simple accommodations are perfect for me. Everything was clean and comfortable.

It's a bit of a walk to go to stores or restaurants. Parking is not secured, though the staff assured me it's safe and I didn't have any problems.

The lady at reception was friendly.

Mold on the roof and small roaches in the bathroom, mold on shower curtain, dusty air-conditioned, and air vent in bathroom.

There was no hot water for the shower. The hotel did not sell any kind of drinks, even mineral water or any soft drinks.

the staff were kind and helped us whenever we had issues.

we selected this property as it was affordable and had parking, but the parking was not gated and next to a busy road. the first night we were there we were woken up at 11pm by a group of loud girls who were first in the kitchen and then moved their discussions to their room, right next to ours. it was so loud we had to go to the front desk and file a complaint with the staff on duty to ask them to quiet down. She did, which was much appreciated!

The price was very good. The people are very nice. Place very simple but good for the price. It was located near where we meeting with a friend.
