the location of the house is perfect! it was clean and quiet! I really recommend this place to enjoy El Cuyo, a paradise not yet famous!

few items (as AC) were not functional. also no basic utilities are included or left from other guests so if you want to cook from home, you have to buy the basic stuff.

A fabulous apartment right on the beach with all you need. When we had to change our plans Matthias was brilliant. Magally who looks after the place was delightful and her partner provided a whole fresh fish and charcoal for a sublime bbq. Simply the best.

Our flight was delayed, so we arrived a little later than planned. But the keys we left for us in an easy-to-find location that was sent to us via Whatsapp. In our late-night, long-travel delirium, we had a bit of trouble unlocking the door, but the housekeeper Magally came to rescue within 10 minutes of us calling her. Super kind and helpful.

Location is great (as described), directly on the beach with great views and a 5-10 min walk to cafes, shops and restaurants

We had a bad experience with the toilet not working during our stay. We let the housekeeper know immediately however she was not in town to help and once she did, ended up fixing it with a piece of string which broke again after a few hours. You can book places with much better basic amenities for a fraction of the price. Overall the place needs some care.

loved the view , location , that it had a tub, but no hot water . the veranda and furniture were very comfortable

Amazing location. Most Amazing house and Mexican design. Host even had provided universal plugs so foreigners like me can charge our phone.

El Cuyo is a lovely little beach town and the Hacienda is a dream. Beachfront, clean and just a short walk to the main square. We had the best time!

No hot water, sofas for children are very rigid, toillet smells bad
