The apartment is huge and spotless, it has a/c, big bathroom with clean towels, hot shower all the time, hair dryer, tv, electrical kitchen, all the utensiles for cooking, big fridge, tea towels, balcony with chairs and a table and also a line to dry your clothes, toaster, kettle, coffee and tea, big wardrobe and plenty of space in the room. Wifi works perfectly all the time. Car can be parked outisde during the day and a night time it is a free car park just around the corner. We were greeting with a glass of juice and check in was easy and quick. We also got water and cold beers in the fridge and some sweets 😇 The best are the owners, Maria is a lovely lady, she is helpful, friendly and make great desserts ( we got jelly and caramel dessert) She is always ready to help, always around and she will tell you about the best beaches to visit. Location is great just 2 mins walking to Nissi Street, plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, everything is around the corner. Harbour is 10 mins walking and Nissi beach is 6 mins driving. Also you can get the bus to the beaches from Nissi Street. We love the place, we love everybody in there. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you for your kidness Johana and Ken

Saying good bye

We had a very nice time here. The hosts are very kind and pleasant. We also received a small gift when we were leaving... The apartment has everything you need for two people. Even cleaning is included on a couple of days. If you like parties - everything is nearby. Also shops. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away... All in all - a pleasant stay. Thanks

The mattress was amazing 👏, very decent/large space, very well equipped. Strong hair blow dryer, big plus for us ladies. Decent shower pressure. You have everything you need there. The location is very close to the clubs. I don't have enough words to explain about how worm and welcoming the owners are, you feel like they take care of you, the fact that you have bottles of water, cake and fruits, instant coffee, sugar, condensed milk, tea bags at arrival was so helpful because I didn't need to go to the supermarket as soon as I arrived there, I could just relax. There is a refill after each cleaning. The place is super clean. If you need lo leave your luggage at the reception after you leave its no problem, they even have a shower and bathroom to use when you return for your bag, very thoughtful.

To help other visitors that are not there for clubbing in the party season, you might need earplugs late at night.

Lovely hosts and a great place to stay close to Ayia Napa nightlife. Very clean and well maintained. Great value for money. Ideal for a short vacation either solo or with friends.

Unreliable wifi made it hard to work remotely (impossible if you’d rely on it, I upgraded my mobile contract and worked via hotspot). Unfortunately, I could hear the live music from a venue nearby until late at night. I wouldn’t go again for working, but can still recommend (and would be) going for a short vacation.

The owner are very kind, nice helpful and flexible,they prepard me evety day fruits, everything is very clean, I love this people and this place I can just recomend it everybody.

Everything was just the best

Everything was perfect, the room were perfectly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host was really nice, we got fruits, mineral water and even muffins from them, I wish the best to them for their kindness. The apartments are located in the "club area", but it is quiet all day and completely bearable at night. The bars are reachable literally in a minute. We loved it.

Our room was really cold in the first 2 days, I am assuming the previous guest used the air conditioner a bit too much, but we got extra blankets from the host, so they solved the problem.

Very friendly and helpful Host's. Always some homemade cake or sweets left for you. Very comfortable beads. Very clean. Located very close to all amenities and restaurants.

I can't fault anything. Just in high season the noise could be a problem as it is located on the street where all the clubs and bars are. Parking could be a problem, because you need to find space somewhere on street, but it's free of charge. In kitchen you don't have an oven. There is only a hob,so you need to bare in mind, that if you decide to cook for yourself, then pica or oven dishes will not be an option for you. Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped.

I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. The host was so lovely, they had answers for every request we had. Our room was cleaned every day, which is of course expected, but every time they put some fresh fruit and water which was so kind. Their hospitality was something that is above every expectation. The apartments are near the main street and nightclubs and if you are a night owl that would be great, but during the summer it can be a problem due to noise.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. Perfect! The hosts were very kind and made their best (even more) to make us feel comfortable and welcome on their property. The apartment was great and looked better than in the photos. The location is perfect, near the center and various restaurants, shops, markets and public transport connecting us with the beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa (bus ticket 1.50 EUR) We would like to thank our hosts for a pleasant stay. For sure we will come back.

Excellent location. Very good air conditioning. Nice balcony. Hosts were great. Greeted me with juice, fruit, and a beer!

The host were a super sweet, friendly and helpful family. The apartment was really clean, with everything we needed. The position was great, close to night life, restaurants, shops, and there is a bus stop not far with good connections to all the beaches, and super easy to use. The only little negative thing is that being so close to the clubs and pubs obviously it can get noisy during the night. Anyways I’ve definitely recommend it !

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay at Maria Zintili apartments. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, but most of all, I'd like to praise the hosts for their incredible friendliness, kindness and consideration. If you are staying in Ayia Napa, I highly recommend you stay here.

I have no complaints.

We were welcomed by a very friendly family which meant a lot as our son was in hospital here. They were extremely kind, helpful, caring and provided us with fresh fruit regularly. Apartment was really comfortable and clean. It was handy for a lovely cafe - Arena, and we can’t recommend Nikitas restaurant enough. We would come back here again.

It’s in the centre of the nightlife but couldn’t hear noise in the bedroom.
