I loved just about everything there such a beautiful place and great location

The bed was comfortable, but it felt like a memory foam and I couldn't cool down when asleep. Also I think there was building work going off next door? A lot of banging from 730/8am so I gave up

The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have wanted and a few extras too! We were looked after really well and the breakfast was awesome.

The decor was fabulous! A short walk to the city in a quieter location was perfect

lovely spacious room, nice fixtures, great bathroom. double glazed windows worked perfectly to abate any noise from local traffic. bar and restaurant were also nice with a great menu. there was room on the car park too.

nothing - it was a good 20 minute walk to centre of Bath but there are regular buses and taxi apps.

on arrival slightly weird smell but soon realised they were having some building work going on so May have been to do with that.

Hayley, Bruno and Matt were fantastic hosts. The place is lovely, so clean, breakfast was beautiful. Rooms were spotless, bathroom great and shower 🚿 was amazing! Bed was so comfortable and great location

That we couldn’t stay longer for free

We had a lovely stay, the room was exceptional with all the comforts you would need, from the toiletries, fluffy white towels and a stocked fridge. The breakfasts were delicious, the staff were very welcoming and all not too far from the centre of Bath.

Everything was superb. bed and bathrooms huge and well thought out Decor throughout beautiful. Staff and food superb Tremendously good value.

Amazing bedroom and bathroom, whole place was decorated beautifuly. Chelsea( who served us) through out or stay was a credit to the place, always attentive and had knack of being in the right place at the right time. Steak was top knotch and the breakfast exceptional.

Lovely spacious room (room 6), comfy king bed, gorgeous bathroom (roll top bath and shower, fresh milk in the fridge and breakfast was excellent!

my two daughters weren’t comfy on the double sofa bed as they kept rolling into each other so may be better for one person

Very large room, beautifully decorated, huge bathroom with big window for natural light, free parking, quiet area, great bar and restaurant, helpful and easy going staff. Everything was great. A 15 minute walk into town (20 on the way home as it's uphill!)

Great location, near to town centre and theatre x 10 minutes to town ,15 minutes to theatre . Will be staying her again .
