1. The Melwani's are awesome hosts and lovely people 2. The Quarts (Studio) is big and comfortable, and the private open spaces are a cherry on top 3. The breakfast is delicious 4. The location is excellent. Stone's throw from White Town and the Promenade street

Anup and his family were great host’s, their service was great. Food we ordered from their restaurant was good too they even gave us some complimentaries. Good place to stay with family and friends on a vacation as you can feel like your in your home.

Bathroom was small and no hot water in the morning

This place is like a second home. It's run by a family where the wife and husband takes care of the accomodation and are generous enough to personally check on every single detail of comfort during our stay. We had travelled with a 1 year old baby and milk and everything needed for baby also was arranged without a need for me to ask. The cleanliness, stay, the terrace everything was like ❤️. Will surely book the same place for stay next time too. Thank you for being such a wonderful host Mehak and Anup☺️☺️

Spacious, well-maintained service apartment tucked away at the end of a quiet residential street. Anup and Mehak are both warm, friendly hosts - very mindful of the needs of their guests and always available for any enquiries. This property has a fantastic location close to the promenade. Highly recommended for families/travelers with young children.

The property was large and spacious and in a great location. The hosts were the highlight of our experience at Mel Ville, going above and beyond to help us plan our time in Puducherry from day trips to taxis to restaurant recommendations. They even invited us for a complimentary home cooked breakfast in their home on one of the mornings which was delicious.

The hosts Anup and Mehak made me feel very at home.

My experience in staying 3 nights was uniquely pleasant. The hosts were caring and helped with several things that I needed in my trip. The room was thoughtfully designed and was maintained very well. very good and connected to different points of interest that one would engage in a typical Pondicherry stay. The location was Even in a short time they make you feel like friends with a personal touch.

Mr. Anup Melwani, the owner of the Mel Ville property. He explained the house rules clearly. Mrs. Mehak was very kind with our kids, she sent the non-veg complimentary platter on the very first day then the next day it was Home-made Banana Walnut Chocolate cake, Chocolates etc., also we ordered Pizza and Chicken Skewers at Mel Whisks. The room was so comfortable and clean with all amenities, beautifully decorated house and gave a nice feel like visiting relatives house. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This location is the ideal place to visit the Promenade Beach, Rock Beach, Vinayaka Temple etc. I would definitely recommend this place very highly for families. Definitely, they will surprise you with discounts and small gifts during your stay at Mel Ville 😊

Kind and helpful hosts, nice, clean apartment with lots of space for everyone. Well positioned for discovering by foot the ashram, the sea shore and the town.

Mr. Anup and family have been in constant touch right from the booking time and guided us well. We have travelled with our pet dog and had a wonderful experience. The property is located in a quiet place and at a comfortable distance from the market area as well as promenade. Cozy and comfortable stay.

The place is very clean and in a very good locality. Host was really warm and welcoming. Helped with food options and transport too. I had a very nice stay.

Friendly people, clean house, nice location

The property is located about 1 km from Rock Beach, which is very convenient. It is just off the main road, but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful corner. We loved the complimentary Sindhi breakfast served by Mehak. The room was spotless and comfortable. We even got some delicious complimentary cookies from their resto-bar.

The only downside was that toiletries were not provided (soaps / shampoos), so we had to buy them from a nearby pharmacy.

Anup and Mehak welcomed us to the ville very friendly ,helpful and our room was on 3 Rd floor excellent service appartment, comfortable,best location to travel short distance and cover tourist places over all excellent stay ,Sindhi breakfast was very tasty and healthy served .

Geyser for hot water could hve been made available 24*7,it's solar so early morning or late night hot water bath was a challange,AC was fast ,swing mode did not work,over all excellent stay
