Staff is awesome; helpful and friendly. We got room upgrade which was great! The people at Fruit & Spice resort really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The entertainment in the evenings very good.

We absolutely loved the service, the natural feel and the location. Super secluded and peaceful. The spa had such a serene vibe. The weekend shows were pretty cool as well as the Maasai show.

The Maasai tour was a bit underwhelming and there could've been more amenities such as a Sauna, Jacuzzi or Steam room

1. Breakfast was terrible! We kept eating the same kind of food throughout our stay. The sausages... OMG! Terrible! by 9.30 there's nothing to eat anymore, and you get cold food!! don't know where they get their coffee from, but for the money we paid it was not worth it! 2. Dinner buffet was terrible! This place needs a new chef. I didn't enjoy the food here at all at all! I guess the owner is very stingy! Taking people's money and serving food which is not cooked with Love! 3. The pool is dirty! 4. There's no Telefon in the room, if you need to request for service, you need to contact the reception by whatsaap? I found this to be crazy!!

This is one of the best places we have been to! First it is incredibly beautiful. The garden is fantastically maintained, the pool is great and all of the villas, bungalows and rooms are placed with quite the distance in between which is very comfortable in my opinion. The staff were amazing, so nice, calm, friendly, helpful and aways smiling and greeting everybody! The food was good, there is quite big variety of dishes offered, so there is aways something you’d like. The spa is so beautifully made, there is a small pool, there are some rocks, everything is surrounded by trees, bushes and flowers, so only the view gives you a relaxing feeling. The ladies making the massages are great, so you know you will be in good hands. Beach is another fantastic thing! The sand is white and fine. There are palm and banana tries, there is also a jacuzzi. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the lightning is a bit dimmed, but it goes with the vibe of the whole place.

The road leading to the hotel from the main street is in need of renovation, because it defiantly does not go well with the hotel it self, and is a bit disappointing, and the wifi is not the best, but after all, that is not the most important thing.

this is not a 5 star hotel!!! the staff is only nice for money we and other guests felt like they only wanted our money for any type of service given. No one knows what’s included in full or semi pension. the managers in the hotel were not particularly nice. the check in was extremely long and chaotic. the pick up and drop off are extremely expensive and drivers are extremely poor. we paid for the pick up and the car was dirty and broken. make it make sense. the wifi was bad, the room was not aesthetically pleasing for 1600€ for 3 nights. this is not a 5 star hotel. for the price we paid. we were put next to a pavilion where they were working and painting. so we had dust and heavy smell of the painting. the bathroom was poooooor quality. the tiles came out and we hurt ourselves several times. no phone in the room to contact the reception when in need. their WhatsApp did not work. family outside of the country called for us at night because someone tried to open our door at midnight but they refused to help because we could not contact them directly. lot of staff that works is minor. very remote place we and other guests felt like prisoners and barely activities in the hotel. if you want to visit the island be prepared to pay a big price for taxi. the hotel managers should protect their guests from this !!

Location was good. Place was beautiful and breezy and good sun.

The room was not upto expected. The road going into the resort was horrible. It was a roller coaster ride. The road needs to be paved.

Incredible place with the friendliest staff! The garden jungle room we stayed in was gorgeous and exactly as the photos. The food and the variety was amazing! We always walked away from the buffet stuffed, drinks by the pool and beach also always hit the spot. Although the resort got busier during our stay we hardly ran into people as there were so many hidden spot to relax and enjoy island life. We fell in love with the turtle nursery! Went to visit almost everyday. Honestly an amazing honeymoon and definitely recommend to anyone considering going as a couple!

Honestly nothing but I wish they’d told us beforehand that if the resort fills up to a point we as all inclusive guests won’t be able to eat at the pool restaurant without an additional fee. At least we got two days of delicious meals at the pool side and the buffet was always a winner.

Booked the villa for 8 nights. It was private, quite, and very spacious for a family of 4. Had a buttler service which was the best guy ever. He took care of all our needs and requests. We took the all inclusive deal and had a good food with a very nice variety. One of us is vegetarian and there was no problem for her as well.

The resort is super beautiful, it is African style and i liked it. monkeys are roaming around the resort is super cute, and the pool is big and clean, the staff are friendly, the spa is beautiful and the resort design is very beautiful. there is a turtle nursery + Massai village behind the resort which is a nice point to see and discover the real African village

there is nothing to do in this resort, once you finish dinner you are done, nothing else you can do as there are no activities in the resort even there was no TV in our jungle villa. the resort was a bit quite, even no music was played all the time by the pool, you feel you are so isolated or in quarantine. but for some maybe they will like it this way. it is so couples resort and going there with group of my friends was not that much fun in this resort. if you are a beach lover then you won't like it here, as the beach is mostly in low tide, and even if its in high tide its full of seaweed and not the best beach i have ever visited. the road to the resort takes exactly 20 minutes of super bumpy unpaved road, so if you have backpain, neckpain, migraine or pregnant then i do not recommend it to you.
