A szálloda tisztasága első látásra szembetűnő. A személyzet összes dolgozójának arcán mindig ott a mosoly, mindenkit beleértve, bármilyen pozíciót tölt be a hotelba, udvarias, segítőkész. Mindenkin látszik, hogy a vendégekért vannak és arra törekszenek, hogy mindenki jól érezze magát a nyaralásán és szép emlékekkel távozzon. Az animátorok folyamatosan csinálják a programokat a nap minden szakában. Az ételek nagyon szépen voltak mindig tálalva és finomak, ízletesek voltak. Minden étkezésnél bőven volt választék, a tálcák, tálak azonnal cserélve lettek, ha lefogytak. A pincérfiúk is nagyon kedvesek, előzékenyek. Mindenkiről tudják második naptól, mit szeret inni és már viszik is az asztalhoz a vendégnek. A hotel vezetője és a konyha atyja saját maga sétál a vendégek között és érdeklődnek a nyaralók hogylétéről, elégedettségéről. Mindenki kérésének próbálnak eleget tenni. Nekem nagyon szép emlékeim lettek a hotelban töltött 9 nap alatt, bármikor visszamennék és bárkinek szívből ajánlom korosztálytól függetlenül.

Azt nem bántam volna, ha sétatávolságra van egy bevásárló, de végülis a Soho sincs messze, a taxi pedig aprópénzért elvisz A hotel boltjaiba szerintem kicsit elszaladtak az árakkal.

Sunrise remal is an amazing resort situated only 2’ (by bus) or 5’ by foot. The rooms are really spacious and deep cleaned every day thanks to Abanoub who did an amazing job cleaning ours. The buffet restaurant was very nice with a lot of healthy options (however if you are looking for fries etc you won’t find much or very often). There was also the option to reserve “a la Carte” restaurants (with the options of Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean and Egyptian) which were all really good. Big thanks to the “a la carte” restaurant manager Mohammed who has always being so kind and professional with us. There are different bars around the resort as well who serve very lovely drinks all day. Lastly we would like to thank Max from the international animation as well as Sara, Lucrezia and Micol from the Italian animation team who have always been so nice to us for the whole of our stay.

Unfortunately, beside Max and the Colombian guy, the rest of the international team did not even speak to us once (although we were international) which we found very rude (as it is their job) and did not do any activity throughout the day (they were just talking to people at the beach and nothing else) so we were wondering what was their job (?)

A 10 star hotel , starting from the check in process ( very nice refreshing welcome drink, cold face towel, lots of smiles) thank you Mr Bassem reception manager and Mr Amr as well for your kindness, the room was amazing, very spacious and clean, amazing pool and sea view, Ibrahim from room service was very nice and polite man, he makes towel art every day and alway double check with you if you need anything, pool was amazing and the animation team were super fun with lots of activities during the day. The food were good and although it was very crowded but the quality was super and I enjoyed every single meal. Snack bar have a super yum pizza and burgers you don’t want to miss ice cream all day. Also a very special thanks to Ahmed the pool bar man for his kindness and amazing refreshing cocktails. Sunrise remal resort staff felt like family and I can’t wait for my next vist.

- Hotel Staff were helpful and very friendly, especially Mr. Bassem FOM very decent and professional. - Room is clean, nice furniture, my room was pool view, very near and with a good view. - Main pool is wide and nice place to spend enjoyable time. - I booked in Remal resort, but I got the bracelet of Remal beach, and that was amazing to have all the facilities near to the beach. - The beach is Coral very good spot for snorkeling. - The pool bars and snakes restaurants were very nice, and the staff there are very friendly and welcome you in a very pleasant way.

- No sandy access to the beach, so for whom can`t swim very well it will be hard to enjoy the beach there. - Food at the main restaurant could be much better.

Awesome hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Mr Ali and Mr Ahmed are exceptionally fantastic people. I extended my trip for 4 more days and will be happily returning in the future.

The staff were very helpful especially the bar man Elsayed Zaher who was the most friendliest person since we arrived made sure we knew where to go and for what time even helped us with places to eat and and tourist attractions, he made the highlight of the holiday. He was selfless and although there was a language barrier he did not make us feel like a burden and took the time to listen and help us. We will never forget you, thanks a lot Elsayed Zaher.

Working stared a lot which made us feel very uncomfortable, mosquito device was as great as we ended up still getting bites.
