Personel yardımsever ve Güler yüzlüydü. Tesis gerçekten muhteşem, peyzaj, çiçekler harika.
Odalar inanılmaz kötü, bitik, eskilikten odaya girince ağır bir küf kokusu var. Son yıllarda kaldığım uzak ara en kötü oda!!!. Mobilyalar bitik ve kir içinde. En az 35-40 senelik!!! Lobby’deki koltuklar bile kir, pislik içinde!!! Böyle bir tesise ve Four Seasons markasına hiç yakışmamış. Odalardaki havlular bile çok çok eski!!! Oda bir tek genişlik açısından güzeldi onun dışında yüzkarasıydı bu marka için!!!! Plaj kısmı çok yoğundu, ayrıca oradaki şezlonklarda çok eski ve demode!!! Derhal bir renevasyon şart!!!

- prices are very expensive, especially for activities and food and beverages.
- more activities are required for kids and adults.
One of my negative experiences during my stay when I asked for a doctor to check my 7 years son and the hotel told me that the doctor fees is EGP 3,200 ( USD 100) , while it is a free service in all other hotels.
- I still. can't understand why all services are priced in USD and EUR for Egyptians .

Extremely friendly and kind staff, always attentive to our needs. From the heart. The different restaurants (evening) were offering amazing kitchen (Italian, Asian, and Lebanese).

The entire huge area of the hotel is breathtaking, the restaurants are all excellent, the staff on the beach are attentive, the diving opportunities are perfect!
Due to the early morning arrival, we had to pay an extra night even though we left at the same time on the way back.

The staff and the restaurants! In particular the Asian restaurant Fatai and Zitouni for breakfast! looking forward to trying the 2 new restaurants opening later this month soon! The grounds are beautiful and snorkeling and diving amazing! we will be back!
The old section of the hotel is a bit tired. it needs to be updated to keep up to the standard of the new section.

The hotel is excellent. As every Four Seasons, it meets all your expectations. The stay is incredibly relaxing and you feel pampered. Our greatest thanks go to Simone and Atef, who were of great help throughout the whole stay. Owing to Mohamed from Luna restaurant, our lunches were mind- blowing. The biggest surprise was waiting for us in Italian restaurant, where the executive chef Sebastiano., served a special, fantastic Italian dinner.

Resort is beautiful and well kept. Staff is beyond attentive and friendly. Every request or question we had was answered quickly and kindly. Food was excellent
Although the caretakers at the kids club were wonderful (namely Heba and Inas) , the variety of activities was very limited and our kids got bored quickly. More sports and outdoor activities would have made this experience much much better.
Also, an afternoon snack at the kids club (some fruits) would have need highly appreciated.
