All inclusive!!! Got to pay for coffee except for 1 hour of the day! Low standard rooms and buffet Rubbish entertainment rubbish snacks No food in btw meals Definitely not 4 star!!!!!

The hotel was a bit dated but the cleanliness of hotel was exceptional

The entertainment was very poor during the day and it could have been a little bit better at night.

Staff are absolutely superb make to feel Very welcome , we got a lovely upgrade on arrival we loved it so much we booked an extra night and managed to keep the same room . Food was excellent , warm welcoming hotel super Clean and in a great location . Would highly recommend this to anyone .

Нам очень понравилось место расположение отеля! Отель находиться на первой линии красивого пляжа Makronissos, так же есть собственный пляж с зонтиками и шезлонгами (бесплатно если по системе все включено) Красивая территория, два больших бассейна, один прямоугольный европейского стиля, второй более оригинальный с джакузи. Так же есть 2 детских бассейна с мини горками. Мы брали полупансион (завтрак, ужин). На завтрак: яйца 3 вида, бекон, овощи запеченные, сосиски 3 вида, овсянка, овощи, сырные, мясные нарезки, панкейки, разная выпечка, йогурт, хлопья, тостер, халва, рахат лукум, сухофрукты, апельсины и грейпфрут, 3 вида сока вода, чай и кофе. Ужин очень разнообразен в еде, блюда более ресторанного вкуса (если полупансион напитки в ужин не включены). Wi-fi работал хорошо. Очень все понравилось!

Drink selection on AI was poor! Wine poor choices and prices for Prosecco/better quality wines and better quality beers were very expensive! Also having to pay for sun loungers on the beach!

Čisto, stále upratovali- kdekoľvek sa človek pozrel vždy niekde niekto niečo upratoval, dostatok lehatok na plazi aj pri bazénoch, strava fajn- vždy bolo čo vybrať, veľké plus pre personál- s tak milým, ústretovými a ochotnými personálom (hlavne casnici, barmani) som sa dávno nestretla

Veľké mínus dávam za pristelku pre dieťa na ktorej som nakoniec spala ja, nakoľko bola na kolieskach a pri akomkoľvek pohybe sa hýbala ako kreslo na kolieskach a bola extrémne nepohodlná a vylezana

Zachęciła nas lokalizacja w obrębie Makronissos Beach, jedna z lepszych plaż w okolicy. Łatwy dojazd, spokojna okolica, prywatna plaża.

Słaba obsługa zaczynając od recepcji, nie byli w stanie określić czy leżaki hotelowe są w cenie. Wyżywienie w restauracji średniej jakości, słaby wybór, niektóre potrawy przygotowane byle jak. Część smaczna, do przyjęcia. Wystrój "stołówki " bardzo ubogi, brak obrusów, brak kontroli kto wchodzi na posiłek, spokojnie można wejść "z ulicy " i nikt o nic nie spyta. W porównaniu do wcześniejszego hotelu tej samej sieci Tsokoss niebo a ziemia. Na szczęście byliśmy tylko 2 doby więc do przeżycia, drugi raz nie wybralibyśmy tego obiektu nawet za pół ceny. Obiekt ma swoje lata,pokoje bardzo schludne i czyste, nie ma się czego czepiać, może poza bardzo starą i głośną mini lodówką. Plaża hotelowa przyzwoita, ale mocno skalista,polecamy Makronissos 100m dalej, pięknie,czysto i piaszczyste dno.

L'hotel è molto carino in una posizione fantastica con tutti i confort. Spiaggia bellissima e poco affollata. Stanze belle, ampie e pulite. La nostra aveva vista piscina e uno scorcio sulla spiaggia. Consigliamo l'opzione con cena inclusa in quanto il cibo proposto è di ottima qualità vario e ben cucinato. Stesso discorso vale per la colazione. Agia Napa non è lontana ed è raggiungibile sia con l'auto che con i bus locali.

Piccoli dettagli andrebbero maggiormente curati per migliorare ancora la qualità della bella struttura.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura tenuta bene, forse non è esattamente all’altezza di un 4 stelle.

Siamo arrivati sabato notte e domenica mattina siamo scesi in spiaggi. I lettini però non erano compresi nel fine settimana e abbiamo pagato 20€ per un ombrellone e 2 lettini. Dopo un paio di giorni abbiamo scoperto la spiaggia comunale accanto alla nostra con lettino e ombrelloni al prezzo di €2,50 ciascuno e con una spiaggia molto più bella e pulita

The best part of hotel was beautiful sea and location, me and my family liked food so much, almost everything was tasty and hotel has friendly stuff, we felt welcomed.

Even if you are paying for hotel, over the weekend you have to pay for sunbeds which is unfair for paying customers, just because of this reason I wouldn't come back, pool attendants behaviour could me more friendly too.

i liked the location ( a sandy blue beach were near by), the room and also the food was pretty good

if you go with all inclusive it is just “some inclusive”… if you ask for an non alcoholic beer, a frappe, an iced coffee, a mojito, or other cocktail that is not on the list you will have to pay. In the weekend days you have to pay 10 euros for sun beds on hotel beach.

The food is awful. We had half-board, but tried only once to eat breakfast. Everything is below any standard. Decided not to risk our health. Hotel beach in dreadful condition. Most hotel guests are from another island country and make this a true horror experience with drunk parties at the pool each night... Anthropologists would find this maybe interesting, but normal people should avoid this place. Sorry!

Breakfast very good as was most of the food. Beach beds good, pool beds not so good. Hotel Beach bed free on weekdays, but you must pay for the on weekends.

Having stayed here before we were slightly disappointed with our return visit. On check in the room given was said to be a bungalow, this was not true, it was a block of rooms separated from the main hotel building. The internet connection was terrible, complaining on three separate occasions about it, it did not improve. the worst internet connection I have ever experienced in a hotel. A very nice cocktail bar ruined by the decision to hold the children's entertainment in there. Consequently it was overrun with children all night. The entertainment should have been held down stairs. Having said that the adult entertainment was very poor. No car parking shade for hotel guests, vehicles baked in the sun. It's a little way out from Ayia Napa but as an all inclusive hotel this was not too much of a problem. You had to be up at the crack of dawn to book a meal at the Italian restaurant it got full very quickly. Although some negative comments it is a good hotel and I would come back again.
