From the beginning we were welcomed very warmly by reception. The person in charge was super helpful and friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. There was a lift which is great when travelling with children as there are many things to bring up. The room was super spacious, a rare luxury, especially great for families. The bed was big and comfortable, with ample pillows and soft sheets. A nice partition separated the bed from the desk/cupboard area, which is nice to get ready and not disturb anyone sleeping. The bathroom is very clean with all the toiletries you need. Definitely worth staying at again.

It's not a big issue, but since it's a predominantly Chinese area, halal food options are few. But the receptionist was very helpful to point out halal places to eat nearby, even giving recommendations. But since it's Ipoh, you just need to drive around to find other options. There are also marts like Family Mart to get some quick meals for snacks etc. One more small complaint was that the bed frame/leg seemed to be a bit broken, but not dangerous in any way. Just that it didn't look great.

It's location is very conveniently located to the place I need to go for work during the 2 day-stay.

The room has no window! The water pressure was low at both the sink and shower.

just the soundproof is not good. can hear the chair moved from upper and besides the room.

Convenient location and very strategic to restaurants and especially where I was needed to be.

Would appreciate hand towels in the bathroom and a bigger thicker towel for the floor as well.

very friendly and attentive staff, prime location easy access to town.

The Chinese staff manning the front desk during the day is very helpful and friendly. Location wise it's 10-20 minutes drive to everyone. Very near to a main road but it wasn't noisy at all.

The night staffs well they should learn from the day staff.
