Good ambience....good for family stay

I have been staying in the same hotel 3 to 4 times now.. Recently i had a bad experience where when my wife and 7 yr old kid came to spend some time with me ,hardly couple of hours and I took them to my room ...the hotel staff raised lot of hue and cry saying that it will attract additional Chgs...i have stayed in most 4 star and 5 star hotels across India and this was the first time I experienced such behaviour from hotel staff...i think they were stupid to really not understand the situation or perhaps they have no clue about what's the practice in other hotels.Just note these small experiences matter a lot...also not giving room upgrades to loyal customers when occupancy rate of hotel is less than 15,% goes a long way in creating customer loyalty.. Also we had lunch and dinner from the same restaurant which eventually benefits the hotel...if we had lunch and dinner from other hotels.....then it would have impacted their hotel only

No swimming pool though it is claimed as 4 star

Charged for breakfast though it was usually complimentary in all hotels

Very good staff

Traveled with family and stayed for 14 nights. The team at Seashore was really AMAZING! top class. They were always smiling and very friendly too. Rooms were very spacious! Food was great. I was able to see Suite and Penthouse. Penthouse was extremely spacious - I wish they had a kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel.
