Location is so convenient, near Houyi Station Exit 3.

The breakfast buffet serves mostly vegetarian dishes. I hope they add meat options so foreign guests can enjoy it more

I like the location, close to subway station and 4 stops to High Speed Rail by subway. 2 stops to Arena, full of restaurants and shops.

We arrived hotel around 7am, of course room was not ready, check-in time 2.30pm. We came back at 1.30pm after lunch, staff said that we could pay TWD300 per hour if we wanted to check in at 1.30pm. we think that this hotel policy is not good, only one hour to go, if you have a room ready, you should actively offer to clients waiting in the hall way, to show your better customer service. Also you don't want all the customers check in at the same time. We had stayed with 3 different hotels in Kaohsiung this time, the other 2 called me around 1pm as soon as they had a room ready. We have stayed many hotels while travelling every year, most hotel will offer room to you as soon as possible.

隔音差，有別間旅客拉行李從房間門前過，很大聲很吵

Near the Metro Station, convenience store, breakfast shop and supermarket. The bed is also good.

Pillow is too soft and small.

The shower leaked and water would get all over the floor.

Not very big but convenient comfy room, staff are nice

No bath tub, cannot check in sooner (12:00)

There was no vegetarian breakfast option, but it was still one of the finest I had in Taiwan (because there was a salad). There is a lack of accurate information regarding the list of food allergens, which would enhance comprehension. Another point is that the bathroom in the room has very thin walls so it can be a bit uncomfortable sometimes...
