We were only a party of 4 as a couple had to back out and it was too late to find a smaller apartment. The home was spacious and well appointed. Let me address some of the issues that others had.... ** the bathrooms/showers. They are odd in that they are conected to the bedrooms with no way to close them off. Would I want this in my own home? NO! For a vacation it was not an issue at all. Seriously, not an issue. ** the hot tub. Others complained of the house smelling like pool chemicals. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and did not have any issues. We really didn't think we would use it, but one of my son's used it every single day and absolutely loved it. Bonus! We liked that the location was a little outside the high traffic areas, but had a great selection of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and public transportation was easy enough to get to. Our host, Alex answered questions and was just lovely to work with.

This property needs to repair and replace. No outside lighting. 😔. Upstairs shower in twin room needs shower handle replaced. We were able to make do, but others may not. No bar stools in the kitchen area bar ( as shown in picture of property.). Light bulbs need to be replaced. Property was clean and neat. The property manager was very kind. Very good location and quiet safe area.

We spent some days with kids and friends at this apartment. The contact was super friendly and helpful, very accommodating host.The apartment is very nice, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious. We loved the whirlpool, what a luxury. The location is perfect to explore the city by foot or tram. Excellent bakeries and grocery shopping nearby. 5 minutes (walking distance) to the beach promenade and 15 minutes to the old town. Still, absolutely quiet and peaceful. Safe area and the parking is a big bonus when you travel by car. WiFi worked well. TV with all kind of programs, however, we didn’t use it. We would stay here again when in Nice. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We co-ordinated with the local Property Manager on arrival and all arrangements went very well. The local tram stop was only 5 mins walk from the property meaning we had rapid transport links to Nice city and the surrounding coastal area We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave R

The property sufferes from a lack of proper management. Cleanliness was sorely lacking. The faulty toilets were yet another torment we had to endure. Clogged showers and unpredictable flushing and broken thermostat. The worst aspect of this experience was the abysmal air circulation. The moldy, damp smell that greeted us upon arrival was overwhelming. It was evident that the house had a severe moisture issue, especially in the showers. This mold-infested atmosphere permeated the entire house, clinging stubbornly to our clothes, which required multiple washes upon our return home. Adding to our list were the kitchen cabinet doors, barely hanging on, and a broken coffee machine that deprived us of a morning brew. The air conditioning units were another disaster. Not only was one unit already broken when we arrived, the owners conveniently failed to mention this beforehand. To make matters worse, the air filters appeared to have been neglected for ages, releasing dust and allergens into the already stifling air. The complete absence of fire alarms and smoke detectors raised serious safety concerns. Considering the condition of the property, the money we paid for the rental felt grossly disproportionate. Despite our numerous attempts to communicate our concerns to the owner, their response was far from satisfactory. Their offer of a mere 10% refund as compensation felt like a dismissive gesture, given the extent of our grievances and the impact on our vacation experience.

We recently stayed at this vrbo and we couldn't have been happier. We met with Alexandra who was so thorough and went through everything we needed to know about the house, neighborhood and more. we would return to this home in a heartbeat. It is very centrally located to everything. So east to get to from airport via tram and one block from palais de angeles. We loved this home!! Very comfortable for our whole group and we were four adults and three teens. We didn't want to leave!!

Eight of us (two families with four teens) enjoyed our 7 night stay in Nice at this very centrally located home. Large rooms, beautiful Kitchen and hot tub! Facilities excellent- very well kept! Air conditioning required repair in one basement room and wifi in same room was spotty, however overall these were very small concerns given the beauty of the home. Very quick Walking distance to old Nice and beach as well as restaurants and local shops/grocery. Neighbourhood safe and also nicely slightly removed from the hustle of the tourists. Manager was quick to respond to questions as well! We would certainly return and highly recommend! (Of note after the welcome package amenities such as toilet paper, garbage bags required replenishing by renters - not included- but we were quickly made aware and it was not an issue).

We were 9 adults. The location was wonderful with short walks to the beach, restaurants and the old city. It was difficult sharing two keys for the number of adults. I was under the impression that there was a bedroom on the 1st floor. We did have an adult with very limited mobility and it was very difficult for them to use the staircase.

A perfect location to enjoy the many delights of Nice. Lots of room for up to 10 people. Lots of shops, restaurants and patisseries nearby. Tram stop 5 mins walk and a 3 minute stroll to the beach. Walkable to the old town and the main train station. Would highly recommend.

It was a secluded house within a secure courtyard. Very close to the sea front and many food stores nearby. Access to the tram within a few minutes walk, which either went in the direction of the airport or Nice old town in the opposite direction.

Property was exactly as listed. Short walks to closest bus stop & tram line. 15-20 minute walk to the main train station. Nice patisserie right outside the main entrance. Our party of 9 really enjoyed our stay. Communication leading up to our stay was great as well.!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great. Close to ocean, market, and restaurants. The expansive space allows for privacy and comfort.

Property was great for us. Group of 10, myself, my wife, 2 sons, wives, 3 children and One more 18yr old to help us. Plenty of room in the house, great kitchen. Position was great, one road back from promenade and plenty of shops all around. A bit strange not having doors on toilets in rooms or Windows in rooms downstairs but never thought twice about it during the holiday.

This is our 3rd stay at the apartment and it is still just a lovely. Had a wonderful time, great place everything you need and more, Many thanks for letting us stay again 😊

LARGE MODERN HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION. CLOSE TO OLD TOWN AND BEACH. HOUSE IS VERY UNIQUE. EVERY BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM WITHOUT ANY DOORS OR PRIVACY. THE VENTILATION AND FRESH AIR FLOW IS VERY LIMITED ALSO. THE BEDROOMS DON'T HAVE ANY CLOSETS AND STORAGE IS VERY LIMITED. OVER ALL THIS IS A CLEAN AND NICE PLACE TO STAY.

This property was immaculate and very well stocked with clean towels and toiletries. Central to everything also.Tram to airport 5 min walk away. Lovely owner and hosts also. Totally recommend

We had an enjoyable stay at the property. The property manager was awaiting our arrival. She gave us a brief tour of the property and provided her contact information in case we had any issues. The location is great and easy accessible. The only complaint I have is regarding the bathrooms. There is absolutely no privacy. The bathrooms in the bedrooms are essentially part of the bedroom space. There are no walls, curtains, doors or separation of any kind to allow for privacy in the bathroom. For the smaller rooms in the basement, it was particularly problematic, as the water from the shower could easily wet the bed. The property owner should reexamine the design for practical reasons. Otherwise, it is a nice house and great location.

We stayed here with a family of 10 and all enjoyed it. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and has everything that you need. The property is also very secure. Location is excellent, everything is excellent! Would definitely recommend!

This apartment is better than advertised. It was perfect for our family vacation with seven people having lots of room to spread out. Great access to the beach and old Nice. I would definitely return and would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place with great walkability and included parking. Great bakery in front of the property and easy access to local markets. Very short walk to the beach and situated between Canne, Antibes, and Monoco. We would definitely stay here again, we miss it already.

I traveled with family and there were 8 of us total, ranging in ages from 12 to 71. This apartment was perfection. The space was excellent! The location was excellent! I hope to return and I will stay here again. Check in and out was simple. All communications throughout the process were prompt and accurate. If anything, the pictures do not do the place justice. It was better than I expected in every way!

We enjoyed nice and the hike we stayed in. It is convenient to beach, and shops. The home was modern and spacious as listing indicated. Would recommend

Absolutely nothing to say against this property, it's stunning. It had everything we needed within it and the location for everything outside was so close. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and if I happen to come back to Nice this would be my first choice.

The rental is located in a central area of Nice, not far off the Promenade. The unit is also spacious, but the space is not well planned. We had wanted to cook during our stay, however there was a whirlpool which caused a very intense smell of chlorine, to the point of being somewhat nauseating. It permeated the main level. For this reason, we never felt comfortable cooking/eating a meal there. The bedrooms have no closet space, just a couple pegs in the wall to hang a couple garments on each peg. There is no drawer space for clothing, though there was some open shelves, where some items could be placed folded. I found it necessary to live out of my suitcase for my stay. Also the beds are very low to the floor. No box springs, just a mattress that is on a frame close to the tile floor. Two of the three lower level bedrooms have frosted glass in a portion of the ceiling going up to the main level. Privacy is maintained, however they are not light blocking. Early morning light was disturbing. At night, if some remain upstairs with the lights on in the living/dining room areas, it disturbs those in the bedrooms below. There is wifi provided in the loft, but It did not work well at all in any of the three lower level bedrooms. The ensuite bathrooms had nice shower heads, but in the rooms that did not have a tub, the water did not drain fast enough, and spread out quite a distance. It was necessary to squeegee the floor after every shower. Lighting above bathroom mirrors was non-existent. It made it very hard to shave for a man, and hard for the women to put on make-up. A small towel bar was provided in the bath areas that would hold a hand towel, but there was no towel bar large enough for a wet bath towel after your shower or even a hook to hang it on. Each room had two bath size towels provided for a six day stay. We all found it necessary to constantly be running to the dryer so we could re-use our limited bath towel supply. Lastly, very poor, slow communication from the property owner. It took days for her to answer questions before our stay and on a couple occasions she got things wrong. We had negotiated for one cleaning (paid) mid way thought our stay. I clearly stated (in writing) that we would like fresh towels and our bed linens changed. Our old towels were removed. The linens were not changed, and no fresh towels were left until I emailed the local property manger. Would not stay here again. Use caution and consider carefully if booking.

We were a large family group differing ages and this villa had everything we needed. Property description is correct we were aware about lack of privacy in bedrooms upstairs and although strange and could be seen as being very indiscreet there were ways to rectify!! Air con to main bedroom not working however Joanna did everything she could to resolve this cannot recommend highly enough !! Jacuzzi was fab and would visit again. Thanks to Juliet for allowing us to share her beautiful home

The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly situated within Central Nice. We were so lucky to be come by this listing and it more than satisfied every need of our family during our trip to Cote D'Azur for our wedding. The bedrooms are spacious and it had every amenity a family could need to live abroad for nearly two weeks. Our parents went out every morning for a relaxing stroll on the Promenade and conveniently located near supermarkets, patisseries, cafes, and restaurants. It was walkable distance to tourist sites including Old Nice and Cours Saleya. We had a wonderful time. We would like to especially thank the owner, Juliet, and the guardian, Joanna, as well for accommodating our extraordinary needs. Our trip was extended due extraneous circumstances and both Juliet and Joanna very kindly and professionally worked with us to find a solution for our living situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The location and the apartment were amazing. 5 min walk from the centre and beach, very easy to find. The apartment was extremely high spec, 5 double bedrooms with en suite, perfect for a large family/group. Supermarket was over the road and a bakery on the corner serving delicious croissants. I'd definitely recommend this apartment.

Location: Very close to see. At center of nice. House: Seems an ordinary house from outside but inside is a completely different world. Excellent interior design. Good decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Very easy to rent. (paper works, deposits and rest...) Cons: just 2 thing 1)Seem to have a problem with water pressure system. Max. two people can take a shower each time. Others should wait. 2)A more powerful Cd player will be nice. After all if I will go to Nice again, I will definitely rent the same house.
