The view from our room was stunning. The food was decent and the drinks were good.

The ceiling in our room was leaking water onto the bed during the rain. It was also very cold sleeping without blankets on the beds.

The location and the fact that it has parking

Facilities are old and dirty , beds are uncomfortable and the sheets seems dirty, there is not a good service for people that doesn’t have the all inclusive option.

I have to change my earlier assessment. This hotel is not worth staying in because despite its great location the staff are just very rude ( except the cleaning lady). Also the door access cards continuously malfunction which means you have to keep struggling to get in an out of your room

Fantastic location including direct beach access, facilities work. Hard to get to a comparable place at the same price.

Some staff members are quite unhelpful and a bit rude. Not customer focused. Wifi just about works but is very weak and definitely not up to the mark particularly for a hotel of this caliber.

the location is excellent no problem at all there. very close to everything and right in front of the beach.

The staff was nothing to brag about, everyone seemed to do their job forcefully, the people at reception did not seem to like the fact that we booked online after speaking with them, one lady spoke to the ear of the lady that was assisting us and then proceeded to tell us to hold, then were given a very bad room next to the air conditioning unit. the lights were not working, the tv remote we were given didnt work either and the controls on the tv were hardly an improvement. the bathroom when we got to the room REEKED! the only part of the staff that was helpful in any way were the security guarda at the entrance. everyone else was just awful.

I liked the room, the bed, the space and the view i had from my room. I liked the beach and the snacks they serve. I liked that they always asked us to wear the mask in order to prevent COVID 19

I didnt like that we had to make a line for 30 minutes in order to check in and we had to make a second line in order to recieve our room and keys for another 20 minutes, that caused a big argument at the lobby, it was really uncomfortable. The pool was always full of people and a lot of children diving even in the swimming pools for adults only. We had o wait unil a table was ready at the restaurant in order to take dinner two times because the restaurant was full of people, I think the Hotel needs to update a lot of things in order to make the stay a better experience.

While we semi-enjoyed our stay, we could not get over the fact that the service was terrible. For the price, service should have been nicer and less stressful than it was.

Great hot shower with plenty of water pressure.

Let’s start with the bedroom portion of the room- threadbare sheets- that have been sewn/repaired. Only a sheet on the beds... no blanket or spread of any kind. But that’s ok because there was also Barely any air conditioning The total height of the mattress and box spring is knee high. Clearly not high quality. On to the bathroom- No wash cloths or hand towels. Bath towels only. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion— some soap in a dispenser and that is all. The rest is the suite- There appears to be a kitchen sink but it’s behind closet doors... I thought it was a kitchenette but there were no plates, silverware, cups. And the doors were falling off the hinges. No refrigerator or microwave of any kind. The room itself is a decent size (a “suite”) but there is only 1 chair at the small table. Also I chair on the balcony to enjoy the beach view. I guess you could bring it in to sit and eat but it was rusted and not comfortable. And the hotel facilities- If you get beach towels, they have to be returned by 6 or you are charged almost $40 for each. They too are ratty and old, coming apart at the seems. So can’t enjoy beach or pool after 6pm. This place is old. Really old. If I had to guess, I’d say it was built in the 50s or 60s. It has not been updated since.
