The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Manual who works on the bar was outstanding and really looked after us. Highly recommend.

very small rooms with hard uncomfortable beds, no view and noisy because right on the road so you hear the trucks at night. stains on the carpets of the room hallways. this hotel is really not worth the money of 350 euro a night. we stayed one night with a friend in a room with 2 beds. at breakfast we were interrupted by a staff member multiple times to pay 20 euros extra for breakfast for one person because it was not included for 2 people, but we had a room for 2 with 2 beds. the breakfast buffet was small and nothing but exceptional to be worth 20 euros. we asked to speak with the manager and after long conversations he waived the 20 euros. staff members were not friendly and not welcoming at all, except the room cleaning ladies who were a bit friendly, but reception was really not welcoming, with zero sense of hospitality.

Very unpleasant experience with this hotel and the stuff working there. I booked a room number that in the description of the hotel says is going to be 23 m when I arrived to the hotel they gave me a tiny room that was around 12 m. When I asked them to give me a room that was in the picture of the booking that I payed for they said they fully booked and they don’t have anything available . They were trying to convince me that my room is the same but without a balcony that I payed for but they were completely 2 different rooms that didn’t have anything in common especially in the photos. It was my moms bday and she wanted to have a good bday with the accommodation that she was paying for. In the last day of our staying they gave us a room that we booked at the beginning and when we asked for the difference rate back they refused to give it to us blaming that booking have the wrong pictures and descriptions of the rooms. Please be aware booking rooms in this hotel cause you can end up in a small cage instead of the room in the description and the stuff won’t help you with anything except lying more.

The staff are so lovely, i felt like i was around friends. There were minor issues like hot water shortage for a day but we had plenty of notice the day before so they handled it well. I would recommend this place for the staff, location and price.

The team was super nice and the service was top. I could even check in earlier and they always helped me a lot. I can only recommend the hotel, I felt very comfortable and will be back and can really recommend it!

great location for my Ibiza trip. Staff and manager was great with communication in the run up to my stay.

1) The beds were two single separated beds that would easily slide away from each other, this is not what was pictured on Booking and certainly not what I was expecting. The receptionist told me this depended on availability, but that does not sound like a valid excuse because it shouldn't be an option to begin with unless I specifically asked for it. 2) The AC was not adequate and the room was incredibly hot (26c+) even though the thermostat was set at 16c (it was this way when I walked into the room). 3) During the 20min or so that I was in the room, there was a loud noise coming in from the ceiling near the door that sounded like water leakage or some sort of a piping disaster. Im not sure if this was AC related or otherwise but it is unacceptable. 4) The quality of the mattress itself is incredibly poor and felt like wires on my back. Even for a night's stay this would have been awful after a very long and exhausting trip. I was incredibly frustrated and checked out within half an hour. I was asked to message all these points to the manager to see how I can be refunded for my stay since I left the room and had to book a last-minute alternative that was much more expensive than I would have wanted because it was done so late. I have not yet received a response and it has been 5 days.
