dirty, shower door fell off, glass shelf fell off wall, dirty, pubes and skid marks on the toilet. no hot water changed room to be exactly same very unhappy

Woke up covered in bites and overall not a very nice place to stay.

Better communication and general hygiene of the place and could do with renovating it to higher standards as We got their was locked and couldnt enter, no heating and was freezing , had a dirty cup that still had coffee in from pervious person and not been hoovered or bathroom room cleaned as rubbish under beds , hair in shower and sink was awful i felt dirty just walking in the room let alone sleeping their later

This property was in a good location for a night out with my friends. Probably would stay again as it was cheaper to do this than pay for a taxi back home.

You have to pay a deposit upon arrival which is fine but you would expect the rooms to be tidy and not things hanging off the walls. One of our group got bed bugs after our stay here unfortunately. And even found a bug in her bed when we woke up in the morning.

Good room

Room didn't have lights. Owner changed room. Rooms didn't have tissue. TV remote didn;t have batteries.

the bathroom was very shabby and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. and plug sockets were rubbish, the one by the tablet wouldn’t even fit my plug and cable and the one by the door didn’t fit the plug in- photos posted below

It was clean although the building is already old and the service was friendly

A bad smell in the hallway. And, unfortunately, the service does not read the comments when registering. When you enter the room there is a big disappointment - no bathtub and no separate beds

Very bad experience ever in my life.room and hotel was really smelly stinky.they give me loft room it was really hot later one they change room after keep complaining .I ask fan they say they don't have.after 10 o'clock reception closed.no one you can fined for helping.no kitchen no microwave..it was really difficult night with children.they ruined my holiday.please please don't go that hotel.pay £10 to £20 extra go better hotel.my children cry and my wife did vomiting.people smoking wet in night time.

Everything. There was a hole in the wall, disgusting stench, dodgy area, appalling carpet, tiny bathroom and tight, cramped space.
