Everything is good and reception staff kethal he is very helpful and friendly..cleaning also good

I noticed regarding except reception staff ,, housekeeping and service staff no smile and even they're not looking at faces especially when we are asking something and faces are very ugly and rude ,please concern managers tell to your staff smile is free no need to buy from anywhere ,they're look like they don't have interest do the work .if they will not change definitely you will loss your repeated guests..

The location was great (the metro station was 200m away, there were lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area ). The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The intense cigarettes smell in the room was disturbing. The air conditioner turned on automatically and it was very cold. We had to tell the staff every time to turn off the a/c. The tap was rusty and loose. (one week later we stayed at the same hotel - we actually had a layover in Dubai- and the room was wonderful)

This time (because we stayed the week before for three days at this hotel, before traveling to another destination) everything was much better than the week before. The room was spacious and clean, without any cigarette smell, very good equiped, with comfortable beds, a little fridge, very good internet connection. The bathroom was very clean and good equiped.

Maybe that the a/c was automatically turned on /off and sometimes it was very cold

Just one request if you can't provide individual oven atleast put one Oven in the cafe if we have some food we can make it hot instead of throwing it Some time we bring food if we request at cafe can we make it hot they are saying not allowed its ok i understand but its rare not all the time my concern is just to not waste the food

I have been in this hotel and I use to like the everything from the staff to the facilities.However, yesterday we met a horrible person at the reception desk who was more of someone working in a military barrack than a person working in hospitality.I understand that it was absolutely our fault that we had only one original id and the other one was a copy but he was like, this is not allowed, you should better cancel the booking yet he said money will not be refunded when I requested if I could speak to the manager he was like I'm the manager for now there's nothing I can do. Meanwhile he was constantly chewing some red stuff at the reception while talking to us. It's high time he improves on his hospitality skills. Meanwhile everything else was perfect apart from the reception team.

The location of the hotel is walking distance to Metro train that makes more easier to go to attractions. High-speed WiFi Pleasant staff Very close restaurants, mall & supermarkets.

The receptionist accommodated my request for a change of room and an early checkin, that was really wonderful.

The towels were kinda old and the telephones were not working so you have to go down to the reception for other concern.

Near to metro station, restaurant and supermarket

They did not fully clean the room properly. The bath tub was dirty.the table were dusty and sticky. They provide only 1 towel. No sleeper and mat in the washroom in which is more important to avoid accident.
