The hotel has its own parking, which is located on the private territory, near the apartment. It is a great advantage for transit travelers - you don’t worry about car safety. The territory is beautiful, it has a garden with a lot of green plants and trees. The host was very polite and helped with everything promptly, answered via WhatsApp. I liked the room, it has spacious terrace with a garden view. The room is comfortable and cosy with a furniture in natural materials.

The rooms are very cute and cozy, also incredibly clean. The owner is very nice and communicative and they offer the best breakfast omelette I have ever eaten.

As a passing traveler the secure parking waa important to us. It is camera protected.

Amazing view to Vitosha mountain! We got free room update with a balcony with great a view. There is old balcony over the street that is quite romantic. There free private parking.

Owner /only English speaker left her elderly mother in charge, and took the payment via my card without my permission, then did not reimburse as I had local currency already taken out. Their drive was being worked on and no signage as to how to access the property, luckily their neighbour helped. However, I was glad that the room and ensuite was very clean and beds very comfortable, but... no heating and it was COLD. Had to ask for small heater that was kept in cupboard downstairs and then ask for a kettle, also kept hidden downstairs ! WIFI good, balcony, very pretty, just marred by the bloody drilling on the drive!
