We chose this hotel because it is located in a nice place, near the historic center. We arrived by car, and saw that the parking lot was big, so no problem to park our car. We had quiet nights, and were surprised by the view in our room.

The parking lot should be cheaper. We paid 24€ for two nights there, a bit expensive since we already paid for the room.

The location was great, comfy beds, decent breakfast. Nice on site parking. Nice staff.

The mini fridge was way too small, no microwave, it got cold at night and there wasn’t heat until a worker came by and had to manually switch the breaker to heat, and even then it wasn’t warmer at night. The breakfast wasn’t great, eggs, ham, bread, cereal, fruit. The eggs were kinda gross and ham super mushy. Flavorless cereal. Bread was good though.

Breakfast was not very good, poor quality. Better to go to one of the "cafeterias" close by.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is safe and central.

Easy to find, secure parking, comfy but functional room

Walls are a bit thin so hear talking and moving around, and room furniture is noisy when moving around

It does not have a double bed, there were two single beds joined together. The soundproofing of the room leaves much to be desired! There are no vegetables at breakfast.

The view is incomparable,you can see the Cathedral on the balcony! No better place than here. The personnel of the reception and breakfast are super nice!

I just can’t believe it’s a 4 star hotel… First of all, they didn’t provide any bottle of water or soluble coffee,as a 4 star hotel should do, neither do they provide kettle for clients who want some hot water for tea or whatever. I went to downstairs to ask for hot water because I was not feeling well with my stomach, the reception told me to go to the bar for it. However, the man who works there even wanted to charge me for the hot water. Excuse me? I hope that waiter can help the hotel earn as much money as he can with charging for hot water, best wishes for you! This is the most hilarious experience I have ever had during my trips! Secondly, what they have on bed is a light sheet, but they provide a blanket in the wardrobe… It’s winter and it’s cold,and you don’t have heavy quilt for clients… Again, as a 4-star hotel, I sincerely hope you can make some internal update!

Great location close to the historic center of Salamanca. Room very specious comfortable beds. Staff very attentive to guests needs Easy access from/to route 66.
