Nice location, near the sea, very calm place.
It was problematic to communicate with the owners. The front door was difficult to lock and unlock. There were quite a lot of ants inside. No Internet there, connection bad.

Clean and tidy
Complete lack of any refreshments/tea/coffee etc and nowhere nearby to get any post 7.30pm on our arrival. Just a few simple sachets of basic coffee/tea etc would have been helpful.

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, parking right outside the front door.
A bit cramped. Very small bathroom.

Fantastic place, wonderful location, brilliant facilities. This was our second visit and we'll be back again
Only a very minor point but the advertised double bed wasnt a double, it was two singles pushed together and I was falling down the gap in the middle a bit 🤣

great location although unable to appreciate this on this particular trip due to the terrible weather!
instructions to enter need to be more accessible and need to be more responsive to questions or queries. I didn't think i had received the information for gaining entry (safe code) and messaged the property to ask for it to be sent but didn't get a reply. When i searched through the information on the app, this vital information was there but hidden away really.
the key to the apartment was a nightmare, Very difficult to lock and unlock. caused me quite a bit of anxiety as was locked in in the morning and had an early departure via the eurotunnel and then when we did unlock the door we couldn't lock it again. this would be a safety issue if a fire was to break out inside the apartment.
it would be good to know that there are stairs to climb to the apartment.

Assistance of staff with dropping off food a few days before as we arrived on a Sunday after shops had shut
Chairs were tatty and needs replacing, every single one

We had the wrong unit's key in our envelope at check in, opened other envelope in check in safe and found our key eventually

staff was friendly, our 3rd apt ( no 7) was better at least
Apts 5 and 6 were much too cramped for 4 people, eg we had to move the bed diagonally so the door closed, there was NO VIEW at all, even though booking claimed it: only ugly parking lot. the playground was dirty, nothing in it, dangerous wooden board with rusty nails in the so called sand box, plus at back of building. I had specified that we had kids with us and they said it was kid-friendly, well, not unless one likes to have their kids roam around in a parking lot?! beach supposedly 200m (mail info via Booking.com!), but: was at least 800m, plus NOT for swimming!!
lamps broken, not really clean (under beds), very cramped for sure!

Nice, clean comfortable apartment with a short walk to the beach.
WiFi barely functioned. Bit of a problem when travelling with Teenagers.

The place is wonderful for relaxation.. I will come back one day..
There was no wifi.. its difficult with 3 children 5 days ..there is no signal for TV .. thanks

The accommodation is right next to the beach which is very empty and dog friendly. From Oye you can reach all the beautiful destinations at the coast within 40 minutes max.
The kitchen was super tiny and it was impossible to cook together. Also the stove was not very useful as it only fit one pan at a time even tho it is made for two.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shop close by, eurotunnel 20 minutes away.
Easy to find and suitable fir our one night stay with a dog.
Comfortable bed and good hot shower.
Very tatty now, needs a furniture upgrade.

Didn’t realise there is no oven. Hob two solid plate, not working very well.

Clear communication led to really quick and easy check in. Appartment spacious and clean. Nice and quiet in the evening to relax.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It met all the expectations that I noted except the distance to the beach. It was a 30 minute walk as a adult from the hotel to the beach.
The number posted on the check-in did not work. I stood outside for 20 minutes trying to call any number I could find. The hotel sent a email with a passcode a key box. The email went to my spam so I did not check it right away. To fix this there could have been a sign that states check your email for code.
