Property is on a prime location walkable distance to botanical garden is a plus

on 29th I have ordered for dinner through room service which never arrived, Only small car can be parked in the parking slot, which is also tricky and steep underground parking were your vehicle would get hit at the bottom if you don’t know the trick/skill, suggest to ask valet parking would help, Highly priced for the room considering the season time of the year would have been additional one meal option would help to compromise for online booking guest, Thanks!

Average food and location was very near to the Botanical Garden

1. Breakfast was chargeable and even if you want a Dosa, you still have to pay the price of Buffet which was not informed during check-in 2. Reception people were very rude 3. Wifi details were not provided during Chcek-In 4. Lift is horrible 5. Room heater not available and chargeable which was not informed during Check-In 6. Dining table chairs were broken and not good for sitting 7. Lock in the window doesn't work

staff coordination was good. requested to cook food myself for my baby and management allowed to use kitchen.

rooms not maintained clean. not worth to what they charged. hot water was dirty enough. didnt even repair it after complaining.

I recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It's walking distance from Botanical garden and the local market where you can go in your free time , also we found Tibet market there as well. The facilities were also great in the room. The view of the mountains was awesome from our room. We requested an additional room after reaching the hotel and they provided us a large room at the same price. The staff was very professional. Also they have a travel desk at their reception, through which you can book your entire Ooty and nearby places trips. We booked for all the 3 days and also for our return to coimbatore airport . Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean.

The hotel said that hot water is available 24 hours but on the day of our return, since we had our flight early in the morning, we needed hot water at 5 am in the morning and it was not there. So I suggest to the hotel management to ensure its available throughout 24 hours
