The only reason why anybody would want to stop by at this hole is to rest, which is IMPOSSIBLE. Soundproof featured in the booking is NONEXISTENT. You can hear everything happening in the hallway, outside the window, on another floor, or at the reception. Carpeting is only in the hallways and is very thin, with rolling luggage resonating thru the entire building. The staff does not care about the clients, not asking that people arriving through the night at least keep their voices down. ZERO concern for customers.

the fire alarm started at 3 in the morning but there was no fire. After 20 mins the alarm was on they turn it off and told us we could go to the room

They told us we could use the restaurant from the Novotel. The food was bad, very bad. I would not even give this to my dog. Rate from 1 till 10. I would say: 1.

For 26€ the night it was the perfect stay. A lot of space to park your car and it is closed at night for security. It is located in the outskirts of the city but it is great to visit Le Barcarès or any town nearby as you don't have to drive throught the center. It was clean and they were nice.

There was an ongoing noise all night. I think it was something to do with the ventilation of the room. Anyway, it is awful to hear if you have trouble sleeping but if you don't it will be fine. Another thing is that there is no shower curtain so everything will probably be a mess after taking a shower.

The coffee machine was cheap and nasty, would be happy to pay more for a good cup.

Room was opposite a family room, children were noisy, door slamming and running along corridors!

Overall clean, easy parking, good price and easy to find.

Clotes and pillow were smelling like cigarettes. I struggled to sleep due to that, it was like they didn’t wash it. It should be forbidden to smoke and they should make sure bedclothes are clean and fresh.

Ok at price but not usual Acor standard.
