Room is ok

The culture of some People in lounge for breakfast is low quality , they will not cover their. Nose / mouth when coughing & sneezing , so contaminated the food / serving spoon

pretty rooms, 5 minutes from metro - location is convenient.

The only unpleasant thing was that staff doesn`t speak English or speak poor English.

Room was big and comfortable. Staff was nice and easy to deal with.

Good Variety of breakfast . European selection available . Room was a very light damp smell , but was a very comfortable . Location was a bit of a drive to the centre . But suited our purpose as we did not need to travel much

Tea in the breakfast . Could have offered a selection of tea bags also a pot as cups were so small .

The location is perfect if you are coming for the trade shows, there's too many options for breakfast, the gym, spa and swimming pool are really good and there's no other passangers using them. The atention that I received from tracy in the front desk was great.

The smell. I don't know if it's the carpet floor or the ventilation A/C, but there's certains smells that people from Occident can notice.

The room is big and clean. There are various types of breakfast that you can choose. The hotel's location is located next to canton fair.

It is a little far from shopping center.

Shout out to the breakfast buffet staff and Jason the manager, they worked so hard, it was like a cloud of locust descending on a field of food. The food was delicious and high quality. Loved the spa! Good massage gorgeous environment. The view from the room was gross but at least it was a view, the bed, desk, bathtub and robes, lots of space and details. A few of the staff spoke a tiny bit of English.

Rearrange the food so it's closer together and better flow, very chaotic, move the bread station to the other end and fill that with tables. The only improvement is to have more non-dairy options/creamer for coffee, plus the table management system. The hotel itself uses a horrible toxic smelling scent in the arrival/front desk lobby area and it's sickening. Ban smoking in the Skybar so other guests can enjoy it. Make the gym much larger! Too much "monitoring" of guests and daily room service restocking is hit and miss. This is the only hotel that didn't provide coffee and milk/creamer in the room. Even the bad Nescafe is better than nothing. I'm not sure what era the TVs are from but they are so old, poor quality and then they have some bad political programming channels. It's a shocker for a modern hotel. Don't make credit cards so problematic and every bill strange a discussion. Washing the windows of such a large building must be problematic and dangerous, but it's pretty gross to look out a dirt covered windows. Invent a way to keep them clean via drones!

Loved the staff and their generosity. The pillow menu, the room design and comfort. Was quite a remarkable hotel. The club lounge.

Breakfast was bad - the attendants were not at all sensitive to International travellers requirements. The steam room in the spa was inspirational. The staff and the GM were very courteous.
