Ми вдруге вибрали цей готель, і задоволені . Кондиціонер працював відмінно, хоча за вікном було +35, в номері є холодильник і ще ми добре виспалися, бо штори були темні і щільні. Сніданки хороші,нам подобається квасоля Яйця і овочі, , Ще є солодощі , Сухофрукти. Зона для паління є на балконі .

Comfortable stay

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was an elevator which was nice as those hard to come by in Ukrainian Hotels. The room and bathroom was clean and I had towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The bed was made and clean sheets.

I could not sleep when I needed it really hard.

Good personell.

I stayed for one night and there was a party in restaurant. Rooms have no sound isolation, so that it was impossible to sleep!

It's a great place to stay in Kyiv, I would stay there again if I could.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's cozy, it feels like home. There are a lot of nearby shops. And it's literally in front of a bus stop (although we didn't use it).

It's a bit far from the city proper and there's no room with a tub.

Great stay outside the city center with restaurant and spa.

The hotel staff made this stay for me. I’m sure they got tired of all thee free questions, but they never acted annoyed and always had the answers I needed (places to go, cost of things, etc). The room was nice and always heated. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station, but the neighborhood itself had everything I could think of (minus the tourist attractions). The spa was great and so reasonably priced. Somewhere I would stay again.

Comfort and nice place to stay.

Nice place to stay. Comfort room pretty and clean, good restaurant on the first floor, small garden for the rest near hotel. No far from Metro stattion (about 15 minutes on foot). Good infrastructure around.

Good stay if you’re travelling from IEV airport

Good location to spend night if you’re travelling from IEV airport in the morning .

The hotel is very far from the city center. The hotel is on the outskirts of Kiev near the airport. A bad choice to stay in as a tourist.. I left the hotel after two days due to its distance from the city and the difficulty and costs of transportation, although I booked and paid in advance for five days.. The hotel is good as a normal hotel and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. As a tourist, stay away from this hotel and do not believe in the location options: booking. Com
