Emplacement plutôt calme. Voiture ou taxi indispensable pour aller en ville.
Salle d’eau vétuste, wc en piètre état comme le lavabo. Décoration brocandroll
Il y a mieux à ce prix.

The boy that works on the front desk is extremely helpful and knows good English, Spanish and French. The cleaning lady she is the one that makes part of the breakfast was also very nice.
We arrived early and we knew it so we asked when to come back.An hour was said to us and we arrived 30 min later that the hour they said to be polite we waited another hour in front of the hotel.
It is far from Medina with taxi 3 EUR per trip.
It is traditional inside (maybe ex French owner) but it is not well looked after. In our room TV did not work, toilet seat was not staying up, hair dryer was broken, bathroom dousche leaked, bathroom sink was partly broken.Very bad smell and wi-fi inside.
Private parking is offered for 5 EUR per night.
My car got scratched there and owner was extremely rude about it and said it is not his fault the cats did it and he does not care, then I listened for 20 minutes how he had a client he did not like (he said very racist things) he will answer that this is a lie but in the end booking gave me a compensation about this so I guess there was a scratch after all.
Breakfast is really cheap and not tasty
Orange juice was fake
Pancakes that were mad about two days ago and salami that even the cat did not want
I do not recommend this hotel the price should be 80% lower and then it can be passable.
Also recommend that the owner does not contact the clients because he does not have the appropriate approach and respect towards his clients especially women.

The manager in this premises is a gentleman who went above and beyond for me and my husband. Sadly whilst away I became unwell for personal reasons and he accommodated a late check out and insisted on taking me to the hospital. Beautiful riad, home from home with wonderful clean swimming facilities close to the beach and a simple yet tasty fresh breakfast served every morning.

The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I was surprised how cheap our stay was considering what you get. The entire hotel was more of a riad and was filled with gorgeous antique ornaments in every space, paintings, old photographs and poetry. Plenty of hot water, plenty of towels and very nice breakfast. Outside had a nice seating area and it was close to local restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. They spoke English which was helpful and I will definitely come again.
I didn't like that I had to leave! I wished I booked a few more days.

We, a family of four, booked this property for two nights. Checked in nicely by one of the employees who was very welcoming. The second night the owner met us while we returned to the property after sightseeing. He was extremely rude and wanted to charge us additional €5.60 for city tax for the first night, which he had already charged in local currency on my card along with the advance booking payment. This was completely against what was agreed during the booking through one of the booking websites. As we had all the details on email and the booking portal's customer services stood by us , we were safe. Considering the extra amount of money demanded by this guy at 23:50 in the night shows how petty this man is. This man was also rude to my 13 year old son who asked for an extra towel at the reception. Now talking about the property- the presidential suite we booked was of decent size and suitable for our family. The property is located in a residential area away from the city centre. A car is a must. As we were on a road trip we had no issues. The free breakfast that was included in the price was the worst breakfast ever. We skipped the breakfast for the second morning. There is an amazing cafe called Cappuccino not far from the property. The breakfast there was just amazing. The property is not looked after as can be seen in the pictures. This may be the off season but still the outside areas should be looked after and look welcoming. Overall, found the owner's behaviour rude and disgusting. Property has potential. A little bit of looking after and a welcoming attitude can do wonders.

Staff was kind, interiors were nicely decorated and authentic. Probably it's nicer in the summer as there's a garden and pool
The whole place was dirty and smelly, caused by humidity I guess. There was a weird foam in our bathroom that made us leave one day earlier.
It was very very cold and blankets were dirty.
Breakfast was mainly bread.
It is quite far from the center

The staff at the guest house are amazing and so lovely to chat to.
The room and breakfast was standard and simple but did the job.
The property is about 15-20 mins walk away from the beach and all other attractions require a taxi. it was a peaceful area without hustle and bustle which was nice.

Since we walked in the staff were extremely welcoming. The owner was very generous with his time and information. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The property is in a quiet residential area walking distance to cafes and the beach. There was some gated parking which was fantastic for our motorbike.

The room was very big and nice and the place is very beautiful. There is a guy there that asist guests, our journey was good mainly because of him. Without him, it was a 6 not a 7.
We had to ask twice in 6 days for room cleaning otherwise they would not clean the room. we also offered food there where they overcharged a lot, really a lot. 50 euros for two cous cous is an absurd.
