Having a kitchen in the studio was a big plus. I LOVE the breakfast pancakes. Ordering food on room service, laundry service and daily cleaning all works 100%, top notch service. Staff is highly professional and were able to accommodate us even when there were some issues in one of the rooms - first they tried to solve the issues asap and when it wasn’t possible, they provided us with another room that was absolutely perfect. We stayed multiple times and tried 4 rooms in this hotel - studio 1 and 2, apartment 1 and 4. All rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. The roof top terrace is amazing. Whatever we needed or wished for was provided. And I mean seriously - the PANCAKES 🧡 best I’ve ever had.

The rooftop apartment A4 was too hot and noisy for us - I am sensitive to both. After we had that experience, they moved us to another room that was much cooler and more quiet. For me personally, the location in Patan is quiet enough for staying in but too noisy and polluted for walking around. That is the only disadvantage that I can think off, plus unfortunately the price is a bit higher than I can afford for more than a couple of days. But the service is worth it, I felt incredibly comfortable, safe and taken care of.

Staff were super friendly, the massage service was really really relaxing, general aesthetic and vibe of the place was really nice. Place is really clean and very conveniently located.

It's the perfect location to explore Patan, and I've yet to find another place that's as quiet, friendly, and welcoming. Truly a gem, worth every penny.

The rooms are big and comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at organising airport transfers. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Location is a little bit away from tourist areas like Thamel.

It was extremely clean and the facilities were above and beyond what was expected! The staff had impeccable manners and helped out us with every little enquiry. The staff and the owners were exceptional and could not do enough to help us, even driving us to an appointment when our taxi cancelled. Family owned and family orientered. Just fantastic! will ONLY ever stay here when in Katmandu.

The breakfast was really good, value for money. I was upgraded to the Bamboo Suite and had a beautiful terrace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to the airport was good and affordable. Will definitely return when visiting Nepal again.

Hotel Timila is beautiful. I’ve stayed at Timila 4 times now and will definitely be staying again when I next visit Nepal. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable and fresh feeling. The staff are extremely friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The roof terrace, where they serve breakfast, has beautiful views and, on a clear day, the sun setting behind the mountains is gorgeous to watch from up there! The location is great - it’s a quiet spot just off patan Durbar square where there are beautiful temples and lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. And on top of all that, prices to stay are very reasonable.
