The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful/accommodating. They stored our luggage for us while we went on a trek and had it waiting in our room upon our return. They always made sure we had breakfast (which was very tasty and on the roof!)
The water heating system for the shower was a little unstable, but we were happy to have hot water! While we picked the hotel due to it's location outside of the main part of the city, it was located in a small square that was utilized by the neighborhood and could be a little noisy during certain times.

Staff was very helpful and generous! They provided every help we needed. Rooms are spacious and traditionally decorated. Location and breakfast are good.
Room floors could be somewhat cleaner.

The staff are simply great. Very willing to help and proactive.
Breakfast every morning with them was a great way to start the day.
The location is outstanding, and rooms quite to sleep at night.
The hotel is really good, if they keep this level of quality there ain’t much you can improve.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, quite big and cozy. The rooftop breakfast was very tasty and abundant. All and all, an excellent choice for our stay!

Big room, with desk and great WiFi.
Family who run the hotel are very nice, chatty and friendly.
Hot water wasn't that hot in the shower.

Charming and spacious rooms and washroom. Very cute terrace. Family run home who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. It's peaceful located in a square, away from the hustle. Would stay again.
The mattress is fine but just a bit soft. Not a bad problem to have but couldn't turn down the hot water.

Beautiful small family run hotel, in the historical center of Laliptur, close to the main attractions. warm, nicely decorated room, hot water from gas heater. Very friendly and professional staff. Aman made everything to make our stay comfortable. Any requests from our sides was fulfilled. Thank you all for good service 💕

Tulaja is an example of hospitality.
Manager take care of you like family and friends.
Breakfast is very generous, and prepared with care.
Located near Durbar square (2 minutes by walk) it's a central location to visit and stay in Kathmandou Valley.
If you need taxi they can call good drivers with good prices.
I'm sure to stay here next time!

Awesome location and very friendly staff! The room itself is spacious and very pretty! The breakfast we had (muesli with fruits) is highly recommended because it was the best we had 😁.
Highly recommend staying here in whilst in Patan!
