This is a lovely apartment in a small commune off the smaller of the Navigli canals. Not a sound can be heard at night in the bedroom, but outside the complex the nightlife is amazing. Convemiently located for everything in central Milan - all within 20-30 minutes by tube or on foot.

We had a very comfortable stay at Livia’s apartment. It’s in a great location within Navigli with everything you need within walking distance or public transport. We had a short lived issue with a delayed check in due to some unavoidable issues with keys. Livia helped sort this out and once we were settled, had a lovely time staying there.

We loved our quick trip to Milan. The location was easily accessible by public transportation. The host was very quick to reply to questions. The place was clean and safe!

We enjoyed our stay. The area seems more local than touristy and there was even a street fair across the canal outside the apartment entrance on the day we arrived. This area had quite a few restaurants that served a buffet/drink menu in the evening. Grocery store on the next street over from apartment. The entrance is a wooden door that leads into the complex.

Great location close to the restaurants, museums, cathedrals and other sites in Milan. Very clean. Lots of amenities.

The picture that enticed us to book the property isn’t where you actually stay. That is the entrance to the area after you go through two gates. The property is actually on through the entrance and is much more routine. Public transportation can get you to other parts of the city quite easily. It was a good area to stay in. We would stay elsewhere if we went back.

We had a wonderful stay and had all the amenities we needed while we were there. It was a good location and a great sushi place right next door. The bed was comfy and the place was safe and secure. Definitely recommend!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and there's lots of space - so much better than staying in a hotel! The owner left instruction manuals for the appliances, which was very helpful, and appreciated. The neighborhood is nice, and we found a grocery store on the next street. Tram transportation is on nearby streets, one of which goes directly to the Duomo. The owner is very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Livia was extremely helpful to us by being to quick to respond when we needed. The apartment in the Navigli neighborhood is full of charm and really is beautiful. Easily walkable to local neighborhoods as well as all the city center attractions. Would stay here again if back in Milano!

Apartment was as described on website. Very secure and quiet property. 10 minute walk to Metro and 30 minute walk to Duomo. No dryer, but a drying rack provided. During warmer weather, bring mosquito spray, if out after sunset. So many restaurants!

Very good location and very well maintained

We stayed four nights in mid-august. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plenty of storage. We had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Proximity to public transportation, restaurants and nightlife made the location quite convenient. The host was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The courtyard was lovely, though there were a surprising number of mosquitos just outside our door. I expect it was just the time of year. Thank you for hosting us!

It was a great pleasure to come back from our outings in Milan to the serenity of this apartment. Entering the gates into the courtyard takes you into a quiet, safe, cool and welcoming space. The apartment was perfect for two people. Even during the terrible heatwave of July, we found we seldom needed the air conditioning. The neighborhood, marred as it was only by all the graffiti, was full of great places to eat and good grocery stores nearby. There was easy access to public transportation for trips into other areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Just spent the weekend here with my partner. Great apartment in great location, set back from the street. Close to night life and a short distance from the centre. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately we were sick during our stay so didn’t get to explore the area much.

Very quiet property, nicely located for the lively Navigli area of Milan. It can appear a rough and ready neighbourhood, but this cosy apartment is pretty, secure and well off the main street. Very lively area, will suit the younger, partying types, but is equally good for middle aged foodies, who are prepared to use the excellent Milan transport system to travel around. Great communication with the owner and would be happy to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment! It’s located right along one of the canals, and is conveniently located a short walk away from the metro station, allowing easy and safe travel throughout the city’s attractions. The owner, Livia, was very easily reached for any questions we had. A totally wonderful experience overall!

Check in was easy via clear directions, a code to enter the property, and easily available keys. It had all the comforts, was nearby trams and in a centrally located area. The bed was really wonderful, firm and soft, with great pillows as well. The AC kept it around 20-22°.

Nestled just off the canal, this apartment was a gem to find. Great food just a few steps away, walking distance to the Duomo and Sforza Castle. We would stay here again without hesitation!

The apartment is charming, delightful and met all of our needs during our stay. After arriving into Milan’s Central Train Station, it was straight forward taking the subway to Genova Station and then walking to the property. Though the apartment is located along a canal in the lively Navigli neighbourhood, it is very quiet and secure. Our welcome into the property went smoothly. We enjoyed full days in Milan walking the 2km to the Duomo area and then the various attractions from there. We spent our evenings dining along the canals. This little apartment is perfect for a couple and we give it 5 stars. Grazie Mille.

This is a lovely apartment situated in the Navagili area of Milan . Ten minute walk to metro then 3 stops to Cadorna station. The apartment was very well equipped and lovely and clean. The kitchen was very well appointed including fridge freezer cooker dish washer and washing machine. Bedding and towels were provided. The owner was very approachable and helpful. The area was full of lovely bars and restaurants with a variety of different cuisines. Some lovely unique boutiques and shops.despite the hustle and bustle and vibrant night life the apartment is hidden off the main walk way on a private courtyard. It was very quiet. For those looking for a base to explore Milan and surrounding areas this is a perfect place to stay

This was a great little apartment in Milan. The area was nice and easy to get in and out of. Check in was really easy.

We loved everything about our stay in this property. The interior courtyard was beautiful and we felt very safe and secure behind the gate and big exterior door. Even though it was located on a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. The location couldn’t be beat: right on the canal with all kinds of restaurants and bars and easy walk to the Duomo, etc. Highly recommend!
