The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and they attended to our needs over and above expectation. The service was very personal and we felt very welcome. Our tours were pre-artanged to the last detail. The food was always fresh and tasty.The service was just exceptional. The hotel location is great.. there were not many people on the beach which made it nice and private..we are definitely coming back.

Greedy owners overbook their hotel and then let you stay in their other cheaper hotel which is worse All inclusive is not all inclusive (espresso is needed to pay extra and several other things) Wifi is only in reception for free and very slowly. Rest of the hotel you need to pay extra... so dont expect to have all included when booking all inclusive

Rest of the hotel you need to pay extra... we had to change the hotel once for half of our stay and then one night go to another room cause ac didnt work —> no compensation for this Beach is not as on pictures because of tide changes —> enjoy this beach on the pictures (the hotel they put us in)... never again this hotel or one of this owners (they have several on pingwe beach, let you book the more expensive one and put you than in the cheaper one when overbooked) happened to more people as we heard Also expect diarrhoe... luckily some russian guests who experienced the same gave us medicine to help...

Amazing hotel with beautiful garden and park with high coconut palms! We loved our rooms with palm leaves roofs and big veranda. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is one of the best of the island - we enjoyed walking on the white flour like beach especially when it was low tide. The long pier was lovely and we use it to swim at low tide. The nearby Blue Lagoon has very beautiful corals and fish diversity. The breakfast was so rich and delicious and so was the whole food in the restaurant. It was one of our best holidays! Thank you very much! We will recommend your hotel to our friends! As it is an Italian hotel the animation was only in Italian language which is not so big problem but if you have international guests it would be nice if they could have a chance to enjoy it too. :)
