This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was beautiful and my husband and I loved the views of the beach from the 16th floor. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make meals with no problem. We did have several bothersome maintenance issues. Our internet and TV service went out after the first night of our 3 night stay. TV never returned, but an unsecured internet was provided after I reached out to the host later in the day. Then the 2nd night, we lost water around 7pm and were unable to shower, flush toilets, or anything the rest of the night. I tried to reach out to the host with no response. It did return the next morning. We wish communication would have been better with the host as even when we were suppose to check in, we never received the code until I reached out to them after the check in time. We normally don’t leave negative reviews, but these issues did negatively impact our stay.

Love the Pearl and Merle (with Starfish). Such a great property. And please pass on to Justin and his team (Jennifer, et al) how well they keep up the place. Only thing that was inoperable were the gas grills but they should be back functioning soon.

Rated cleanliness because we killed over a dozen roaches and when we tryed to call the property management we were answered with a txt. I asked for them to call me not txt didn’t get a response until a week after we were gone. And just a txt again saying sorry about the bugs.
I dnt normally leave bad reviews and wouldn’t have if it would have been taken care of.

We have been coming to Navarre for eight years and stay in the same condo each time. (Except once when it was already booked) Merle is always willing to help us "old" ladies out when we need something. We love this condo and its decor.

We have been staying in Navarre at the Pearl for seven years. Two college friends and i, who graduated in 1971, got back together for these trips. It has been an amazing experience, and the accommodations at the Pearl are fabulous! Our property manager is the absolute best. He does everything he can to make our stay pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay the condo is fully stocked with cooking supplies. I read several reviews about having to get toilet paper and paper towels which is normal however this condo provided a good bit of supplies. The beach service that came with was convenient the only thing that would be better is being able to reserve the front (you have to get up and claim your chairs as soon as they are set up around 6:30am).

This was a great place to stay! Condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, HUGE closet in master bedroom and plenty of room in the bathrooms. Wished the balcony was a bit bigger, but overall, great experience and great place to stay!

We Absolutely love The Pearl of Navarre! The condos are clean and are efficiently stocked with what we need! Love that they have a heated and non heated pool and of course a hot tub! Easy access to the beach and local restaurants! Navarre is definitely one of the best beaches in Florida and we love visiting The Pier! Thank you for allowing our family to make memories to last a lifetime!

This was our 3rd year there. It is the most beautiful place. It is always spotless. Easy to check in. Nice bed! So much so we have already reserved for 2024. It is truly heaven! ❤️❤️

This property was a great fit for me and my family! Plenty of room for 4 adults and a 1 year old! Beautiful view on the balcony and close to a few restaurants! Had everything we needed for our stay! If we return we’d love to stay here again!

This was our first trip to the gulf coast and was looking for clear calm water but that was not the case. The water was rough and full of sea grass. I mention this in case the ocean is important to your trip. The condo was just as pictured but would recommend getting new frying pans. Also that area is pretty crowded in the summer so if you want less crowded areas maybe come in late spring or early fall.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with all to use. Very clean, very well decorated and stocked. We had a wonderful time. The chairs provided were a great service at the beach, the Pearl condo unit was very clean. Clean elevators, clean pools, hot tub and loved the grilling area. Would definitely stay at this condo again and this unit again. The only negative thing I can even say is that I wished we had more kitchen towels and wash cloths to use, one towel and one wash cloth was not ideal. But other than that, it was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook with.

Great Stay
Have been staying at the Pearl for years. First time in this unit and it was great. View from the 16th floor does not disappoint and it's very well equipped. Easy process to check in and communicate.

Had a wonderful time at the condo! Loved the balcony and view. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Beach experience was wonderful with the chairs and umbrella and the beach attendant was so friendly and accommodating. Kudos to him!!

Family vacation
My hubby, son (3) and I stayed for a whole week at this condo. We had a wonderful time! The complex is very quiet, clean, gated and the beach is beautiful. You cannot beat the view of the gorgeous water from the 16th floor large balcony. The beach is calm and if you're looking for a family friendly, but quiet location, this is the place for you. The condo was clean and functioned well for us. It was stocked well with all the starter things you would need and the kitchen very well stocked for preparing anything. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance or a short drive over the bridge. The long pier is great for an evening walk after dinner. We can't wait to visit again soon! Navarre is our new favorite place!

Perfect view!
Super clean and quiet high rise condo. So hard to know where to sit and enjoy the view. The deck, the pool, the ocean. Downside is we did not stay long enough.

The Pearl is a great place to stay. The condo was completely stocked and so clean. The management company cannot be more accommodating. I will be back again, we’ve been staying here for years and it continues to keep up and exceed our expectations.

Entire family was sad to leave!
We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was great, the condo and the entire building was clean, and the people were very friendly! Management company was very responsive and got back to us multiple times before our arrival with various information. To top it all off, we saw sea turtles, stingrays, a huge mana ray, and lots of dolphins from with the patio or on the pier close by! Thanks for sharing this property with us! We made lots of family memories!
